“This was my first gym membership in several years. I will have had the membership for just over a year in December. I think the staff is very friendly and helpful if needed. I did cancel because I found myself not wanting to go to this gym after work, adding a 30+ minute commute to my day. In the summer months, I found there to be a lot more high school-aged people at the time I would go, limiting the availability of the equipment I used. I ended up opting for a much larger gym, but would recommend this gym to people. They also do not have showers, which never bothered me but could for some customers. The spray bottles are always full and available. The studio room can get full quickly.”

“I love this gym! It's really clean and spacious. There are a lot of free weights with other equipment in great working order. Every time I am in here I see the gym being cleaned. There are protein supplements at reasonable prices as well.... and no matter how full the parking lot is I always got my full size semi with trailer in and out of the lot with ease. It's a great place to park over night as well.”

“I've never found an exercise routine to stick with... till now. I've been doing Punch class for over a year! Each week the exercises are varied which keeps it interesting. The instructor is knowledgeable & enthusiastic! It has helped me physically & mentally & improves my self esteem. Great staff who really care!As background... I'm 69 yrs old. The class was designed for those with symptoms of Parkinson's, MS, etc. But it is so good for everyone who are determined to tackle the aging process.
