Michelle at the 18th St. Branch is the best Clerk/Teller I've ever experienced in all my years with the Credit Union. She is kind, courteous and helpfull. And, she always greets me with my name. She deserves a raise.

Got a car loan from them. Everything was good up until this week when I try to contact Carrie about my car loan she keep on putting me into voice mail. And when she calls me back I'm at work. Instead if calling me in the morning she call in the evening when I'm at work can't pick up her call.
