Ordered my daughter’s Spartans championship ring months ago. Not one update or email and still no ring. Too expensive for no contact. She’s super bummed because she worked her tail off all summer and earned this ring.

Good work atmosphere with fellow employees. Though I no longer work here after some big changes.

I have called numerous times. And no answer, I keep inputting my number for a call back and nothing. No email to contact or anything. But yes my card was charged! Still no graduation gown, 2020 seniors have been hit hard enough and I can't even get through. Thumbs down for sure.
