Just upgraded from a pop up camper. Sales team was good to work with Preston and Cody are quick with communication. After getting it home I needed a few things worked on and kyle and Junior in the serviced department were very pleasant to work with. Junior was very personable and down to earth. Kyle was professional and polite. I have the feeling they will take care of the few issues I had. Matt B.

I dropped my camper off in August before Labor Day to get repair work done after making an appointment. I asked for a quote before they started the work, and I still have yet to see that quote (now the end of November). I have called each week asking for an update, and the response is always the same- "We are working on it, and will have it to you very shortly." The person in service has lied to me multiple times saying that my insurance agent was holding up their process when in fact, he had never talked with my insurance company one time. I have called 6 times in the last two weeks, and the front desk always tells me that service is not available to talk with me. They leave my messages, but no one returns the call. I spoke with the General Manager 2 different times, and I have left him messages to call me back twice now with no response. They have wasted so much of my time and driving back and forth to pick up and drop off my camper. I bought a brand new camper from here, so I don't understand why they refuse to service it. The worst part is that they aren't just up front with me and tell me they have no interest in my business. Instead they have strung me along for months while I holdout hope that they were going to follow through on their commitment. To say I'm frustrated is an understatement. I specifically bought my camper locally, so if I needed to have it repaired or serviced, it would be taken care of locally. Instead I have been completely disrespected and ignored by their staff, and I honestly have no idea why. I have been nothing but professional with every interaction I have had with them despite my frustrations.

We fell for one.of their "service" contracts. We brought our rv in twice for service in one year. Each time the rv was in there over a month. Not all items were addressed. We ended our contract.

Once again was called by corporate as well as the Camping World here in Owatonna that all was done, it was not so it’s staying there again.To top it off the General Manager came outside and said he was calling the cops because I was “harassing” a customer, and behold the other customer that I was sharing with had the same issues as myself. I’m not sure what Todd thought then when both of us started asking about our issues.I’m sure this will never make it to Marcus as it never has seemed to make a difference in the past 3 months ,

Buyer beware. While I had a great experience with the sales rep when I purchased my RV, things quickly went downhill from there when I needed to deal with the service department.My RV was delivered to me and arrived with scratches and a dent in the side, a door I couldn't lock from the inside, and the living room/dinette slide-out was not at all level. In addition, the gas hose for my outdoor kitchenette/gas grill was missing. The RV was not in the condition it had been when I did my final purchase walkthrough, which included visually confirming the presence of the gas hose.Over the course of two and a half months with multiple phone calls, two mobile service visits, two times bringing the RV to the dealership, and consequently missing time from work to deal with the issues, I only had a door I could finally lock at night.I was told that the dent would be "too much work" to fix and when I asked for compensation I was declined. I was repeatedly told that my slide out was "working to manufacturer's specifications", though it clearly wasn't, and I was also repeatedly told they would provide the missing gas hose, which never happened.Ultimately, I ran out of time and headed to my next destination where I gratefully landed with an experienced RV technician as a neighbor. Working with Keystone, he was able to fix my slide-out under warranty and both he and Keystone confirmed that the Camping World service technicians had tightened the cables to the point of serious damage. The brackets were pulling away from the walls and would have failed with continued use. While he also provided me with a hose for my outdoor grill, that was an out of pocket expense.Below are excerpts of the diagnostic report to Keystone from the RV technician who ultimately completed the repair [in brackets].[In regards to the main Living / Dinette room slide being out of level in conjunction with the rest of the unit, it’s very evident that the top of the slide-out is further out than the bottom (2”-3”) causing it to sit unlevel while extended. The cable mechanism had been adjusted multiple times by the purchasing dealer-ship. Over tensioning is known to cause premature failure of the drive motor, or even worse the pulley mechanisms ripping out of the walls. It is my assumption that the cable tensioning was performed to try and fix the issue of the slide-out not sitting correctly but that isn't the actual issue.]Photo of my slide out that Camping World of Owatonna repeatedly told me was working correctly is included. This is just the facts, folks. In short, I would never do business with them again.

Salesman William Wulf was a blast to work with. He asked great questions, listened to our needs and offered suggestions. He was upbeat and not at all pushy. It was the type of experience one hopes for when they walk into a dealership.

William and the rest of Camping World were great! We were able to get everything done through our bank, email, and text within a week. Everyone at Camping World definitely catered to our wants. Thank you guys!

A big shout out to Camping World in Owatonna. We just purchased a travel trailer from there and had Cody Blaha as a sales person. Cody done a outstanding job helping us find the right trailer, explaining everything plus answering our questions. He was very professional and friendly to work with. I would highly recommend Camping World and Cody as a sales rep to go thru. Thanks again Cody !!!!

We were on a 1,400 road trip with 2 kids, a cat, and a dog, so when our AC failed, it was an emergency! The Owatonna CW treated us like family and their entire team was involved! They gave us a spot to park our trailer for the night, and tried for hours to diagnose the issue. It's not everyday you see the Service Manager on your roof with a Tech! Because they don't carry Jayco they were unable to fix it, but narrowed the problem down to two parts. But, they left us with that information and only charged a small diagnostic fee!Thank you Dennis, Kyle, Josh, Paige, and the Warranty writer for being awesome!

A terrible experience; we are shopping and this is local. We had a nice enough salesman and we let him know what we where looking for and the method of payment we where using. I can’t think of any reason why we wouldn’t be taken as potential loyal customers but the sales manager had a real chip on his shoulder when I asked him how much out the door so I could get him a check and as he sat there he said price, taxes, and fee’s change so he couldn’t get me a price. This is followed by us being told that if they wrote a price down we could use it to shop the competition but if we bring another base price to them in writing they can work with us. This wasn’t even my plan due to the internet being in existence and already knowing the other base prices.Fast forward: they continue to call and when my wife answers they ask for me and they are pretty obviously not wanting to speak to her as she’s a woman. News flash: she is the first and final say on this whole thing. I’ve asked them not to call me again so we will see.

Came on Wednesday, walked around and interested in 5th wheels and could not view any campers due to being all locked. No one asked if we needed help. Very small supply area. A disappointing CW.

Called in to sell my camper after seeing an ad and they offered half of book value for it in like new condition (12,000 less!) Then was condescending and explained how I don't know how to use the book! I said no and he said good luck finding someone to pay that. I listed it and someone that wanted a camper just had a bad experience with them looking to buy just bought ours for what we were asking, said it was a great price! Bank and insurance said the same. So long story short I'm off to buy new camper anywhere than a Camping World!

Returned a part back in january and six months later still have not gotten my money back from these thieves. Im out 441 dollars and everyone just pushed the issue onto somebody else and dont get anywhere with it. They took the part back but never gave me my money back. After six months i give up with these thieves

We were interested in seeing their inventory, so we decided to drive through while we were in the area. It was a Sunday afternoon, and they were closed for business. As we were driving through the lot, a vehicle came speeding towards us head-on. They came to a stop, blocking us, and a woman jumped out and came rushing at our vehicle. She rudely explained they don't allow people in the lot when closed and that we needed to leave. There was no sign at the entrance stating this policy. There was no gate that we had to go around to enter the lot. I couldn't believe how this angry woman treated us. I definitely won't be giving them my business.
