Today will only be my third visit, but I am impressed. I want to lose 50 lbs by Christmas but HATE working out. Kickboxing is awesome, though!! So far I’ve had Amanda and Liz. The workouts are intense but I’m always so happy afterwards!

Jim and his team were very helpful and prompt when our 2018 Pacifica van was recently damaged by a pickup. Now that we've used the for a while we have found that it was fully restored and everything works fine. Owatonna Body Shop did a quality job!
