Don't even bother stepping foot inside this bank! Like 1 of the other reviewers said would give them ZERO Stars if I could! The most unprofessional & horrible customer service!! (- there was no service involved). I went in with my mom to open up a Joint Savings Account with a Large sum of $$ ( cashiers check in hand) and Britney at the teller counter tells us there is no one available to help with this?? Then asks the only other lady working if so and so will be back from lunch? Then says Oh no you will need to make an appt for tomorrow. I ask ok- who should I ask for when we come in- She says "Oh either myself or Michael". OK so we are standing right in front of you now and you can't help us now? but you can help us tomorrow? ( no other customers were in the bank) I guess you really don't want our $ so we will go elsewhere and will tell everyone I know to NEVER bank with this branch! We banked with US Bank in another state and everyone was kind and helpful but not at this bank branch! Pathetic!! Management- train your employees!! I have recvd better customer service at Target!

Not that impressed with this branch. Have banked at US Bank for years and the staff is just ok here. Drive thru has been unpleasant at times and definitely do not forget your account number because they do not want to fill out your ticket for you. Or help above and beyond just the basics. The inside of their branch was closed for so long during Covid I still don’t even know if they opened yet without an appointment. They definitely give the impression they would like you to do all of your baking online if possible.

I absolutely hate the fact I am a member of this bank and this owatanna branches customer service is entirely disgusting, prejudice and they lack the ability to help their members with any disputes or issues on their account. Absolutely horrible customer service and this is on multiple occasions. This is a ugly look for US Bank.

The reason i am giving it a 2 is cause their handicap spot where an elderly or handicap person is supposed to feel safe. The handicap spot has crater holes RIGHT in front of the owatonna US bank(the one nxt to family dollar. The big establishment that "cares" about owatonna customers and they have that what u see 1st thing when u arrive at that bank!! FIX IT
