Chris went through every aspect of my bill and services and helped to customize everything so it had what I wanted/ needed but also helped to save me money on future bills. Had a great experience with Michael todayNot particularly fond of Black Friday shopping but the deals were too good to miss and my 3 year old phone was starting to really show its age.They had the phone I wanted in stock, it cost what I expected, he helped me transfer my data and installed the tempered glass protector for me.Excellent customer service, and even though it was busy I was in and out in under an hour including my wait
