“After 20 years of living in the Park Rapids Lakes area, I finally had my first run-in with a deer. My vehicle suffered minor damage, but I could not open my driver's door. I stopped by John's on my way to work the next day, and was surprised to see they opened at 7 am. I talked with Ryan, and literally, in less than 5 minutes, he had my door functioning again, and he did it at no charge. He then quoted me a rough estimate to fix it, on the spot. He was absolutely awesome. I'll be bringing my vehicle to John's for repairs just as soon as I hear back from my insurance company. “I can’t recommend any higher than Josh. I have had multiple claims repaired by Josh’s Collision center at this point and I won’t be going anywhere else. Organized, good communication, great customer service, in fact better than any I’ve experienced in body work before.
Josh is obsessive about the quality of work that comes out of his shop, almost to a fault on the work that they need to go through at times to make sure that the job isn’t just done, but that it’s done as right as it should be, it’s impressive, and speaks to who he is as a person, and a business owner.

“Brad, in Park Rapids was an amazing help. When we left Omaha for our annual trip to Canada, we discovered that our boat motor had a tilt and b trim problem. Once we identified the issue, and that the part we needed could be purchased at a Napa store, we headed North up I29. We checked with several Napa stores along the way without success. Finally, we reached out to the store in Park Rapids and Brad had the answer, and had a the product available, but it was a different brand. They closed at 6 and we weren't sure we would make it in time. So, we continued contacting several other stores and even a Marine store on the border. The marine store had what we needed, but the pricing was pretty expensive. I think I called Brad 4 times, the last time with a Napa part number (provided by a Napa store in Detroit Lakes, but the part wasn't available at that location). We reached Park Rapids 20 minutes before closing and Brad was ready with the parts we needed and some great advice. Brad was patient with my many phone cells, resourceful and very knowledgeable. Thanks to Brad, we will be able to enjoy our vacation without any concerns about being stranded out on the lake!!”
