“After 20 years of living in the Park Rapids Lakes area, I finally had my first run-in with a deer. My vehicle suffered minor damage, but I could not open my driver's door. I stopped by John's on my way to work the next day, and was surprised to see they opened at 7 am. I talked with Ryan, and literally, in less than 5 minutes, he had my door functioning again, and he did it at no charge. He then quoted me a rough estimate to fix it, on the spot. He was absolutely awesome. I'll be bringing my vehicle to John's for repairs just as soon as I hear back from my insurance company.
