We're loyal Casey's customers for a reason- even when they present us with a pizza that's absolutely mangled (see below), as they did last Halloween. They've since sorted that out, though! They also have the best selection of beverages and sooooo many Casey's brand snacks that are impressive! For being the 5th leading pizza chain in the US, surprisingly- they have the best pizza in town!

We ordered cheese bread Stix in the app. It said our order would be done in 15 min. I arrived 23 min later and the cheese Stix had not even been started on. Nothing was being cooked in the kitchen and the kitchen lady was outside in the front of the building sucking down her cigarettes!! I got an apology from the cashier not let's see how we can make this up for the lazy worthless staff we have working today. I hope the lady got fired. This is happened in so many work places and im just disgusted and then they expect a flipping tip most of the time!! Casyes in Park Rapids lost our business and we are reward remembers and we're filling all gasoline there..Not anymore Simonsons will get our business now.

Came in for a pepperoni pizza and was greeted with excellent service and a good sense of humor from an employee named Chris! Left in a great mood and the pizza was delicious too!

Hands down best pizza in town. You have to holla at Chris at Casey's. I never walked out without a smile on my face.

Super friendly clerk that handled the transaction. Extremely clean store.They have many options for pizza and other bakery items too!I also enjoy the Casey's rewards program.The only thing I disliked is the handicapped parking is on the side of the store and no marked spaces in front of the store.I am disabled and wouldn't use that spot because of how close the door is to the front of the store.Otherwise, can't complain.
