We had a wonderful experience adopting our dog from them. They were very responsive to our emails and answered every question. They helped arrange a meet and greet with our resident dogs. We got an amazing dog and we will be back when we're ready to adopt another.

I adopted my cat Suki (formerly Carrot) from headwaters. When I emailed questions they were answered promptly. Gave me information about what food and litter she was used to. The adoption went smoothly and I would recommend to look for a new furry friend here.
