Just picked up some seed for our food plot and was very disappointed in the young cashier!! He accused us of baiting deer, which we are not. He was rude and needs to keep his comments about customer purchases to himself!!!! We live up here and spend well over $1000 a year at this store. We've never had such a affronting experience like this! This young man needs some customer service training!!!! Not impressed!!

I was up for a short period of time to place a loved one in a higher level of care for nursing home, and my lawn was quite long so I decided to take a moment to mow. My belt broke immediately. Now I can either drive 600 miles to get a belt from home and come back and mow another time and longer grass than it already is. Or I can try my favorite local hardware, etc. store and sure enough Michele was kind enough to take my call and help me through making sure they had the part and when I walked in the store She saw to it that I was in and out quite quickly with the right part. I got it put on and back to life after mowing she saved the day such a nice store to have in this community and so nice to have people that care enough to take the time to see to it that they made your life a little better! thank you so much! And give Michele a raise. I think she deserves it.!

Needed a couple of very specific pieces for my boat, the lady that is in charge of the sporting goods section stopped what she was doing and walked me right to the things I needed. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the items were slightly over the retail price of other stores, and I get that they are a smaller company, but over msrp shouldn’t be a thing.
