“I visited Park Rapids in September, 2023. I stumbled on Surplus Depot as I attempted a turn around on Hiway 34. The store is hidden behind the AmericInn. I enjoyed wandering in this place. I bought a couple medical appliances for cheap. I saw vintage tools, sports equipment, hardware, lighting fixtures, furniture, and more. I easily could have spent a few hours here, but needed to get on the road. I will always stop in here when I'm in the area in the future. It's worth a stop.”

There's always a wide variety of things to look through, plenty of clothes and lots of various knickknacks and household things. Everything is super reasonably priced and beyond affordable, and the employees have always been nothing but great when I've gone in!”

“I am very happy with this store especially when they have like 75% off store wide and they have good deals on jewelry. Ive bought some scrubs there that are in good condition. Staff is always friendly. Plus they have a coffee shop in there best italian sodas hmm . Owner is always helpful she can fix anything from hemming, to fixing a zipper , sewing for very cheap . I have bought a pair of shoes there very reasonabIe and prob worn once or twice was also in very good condition. Id rather support a small town business where there are friendly staff even if i have to pay couple bucks more definitely will when its in good shape. I also rent my sons tuxs and pants and top and they make sure it fits nice that way i dont gotta stress about it. Im impressed!!”
