Don’t bother calling they won’t pick up their phone. They even told a customer that when I was in the office. Love driving 30 minutes in to town just to ask a simple question….. terrible place

Just as useless as every single other post office out there, except this place seems to think it’s okay to work bankers hours and close at 4:30 PM, because UPS drop off a block away also closes at 4:30 PM. As a result I have to drive an hour away every time I sell something on my eBay store between 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM on weekdays.
The least they could do is have an area open to drop off pre-labeled packages.

Several checks that were mailed out in November approximately the 15th, have disappeared, it is now January 6th!!!! Nobody at the post office will answer the phone!!! I tried day upon day upon day it just Rings until it disconnects. Are they under the seat in the mail driver's car? Were they stuffed in the back of the case and is a bunker letter? Did somebody steal them? Are they lost somewhere in Minneapolis at the main postal office? We will never know since, THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER THE PHONE!! CONTRACT DRIVERS CHECK YOUR CAR OR THE CASES! Now I was going to be polite but since they will never answer their phone I am really annoyed!

They seriously drove through my yard in the snow to get around my car in my narrow driveway instead of parking at the end of my driveway and walking the 200 feet to my front door like ups and fedex does. They also drove half over a 2 foot hole in the ground that was covered by snow. How stupid and arrogant. I tried to leave a voicemail, but you can't at this post office. So I'll be in Monday morning to talk to the post master about this. This is my 3rd time dealing with obnoxiously rude mail carriers from this post office in 4 years. And once my mom was yelled at by a worker in a mail truck because she was parking and he didn't have the patience to wait for her. I expect better from people who work in government jobs. I expect them to act like mature and grown adults while serving the community. Not act like rude bullies who have no respect.
I edited my review from 1 star to 3 stars because the man I spoke to at the post office on Monday was very kind and understanding. But there are still a lot of issues with this post office. Like nobody answering the phone for an hour and when you go in there was only one customer inside and 3 workers. Make it make sense lol.

They keep miss delivering packages to my P.O. Box because my street address is included in the shipping address along with my P.O. Box number. I don’t have a mailbox at my street address.

If any deliveries too big for the mailbox get transferred to the USPS instead of FedEx or UPS, good luck. They won’t even drive down the driveway and deliver them like FedEx and USP. I wish I could specify to not transfer them to the USPS. It’s the worst system. FedEx and UPS are so much better.

Usually, very friendly and knowledgeable stuff. But today I got surprised! I created my shipment online, chose the option "print label in USPS location". Followed all the steps, but the woman I was talking to at USPS said she cant help me and send me to Coborn's to use their wireless printer. She didn't even tried to look it up in their system, just kept telling me there is nothing she can do.
