Male pharmacist was VERY rude. I called to ask if someone else could pick up my prescription on my behalf and he decided to throw a hundred suggestions at me instead of simply answering my question. He kept claiming I was confused even though I wasn’t and I knew exactly what I was doing and that I wanted my prescription to go to a WALGREENS. He said “If I were you”- you are not me so there was no need to say that 3+ times. Glad I was able to get my prescription, very disappointed with how the pharmacist handled my call. Do better.

We are very pleased with the Walgreens in Park Rapids, MN. We recently had two prescriptions filled in the past two days. The clerk and the Pharmacist were both very helpful and pleasant.

Always some issue. Today it was that the automated voice person said that they had nothing for me on file. I called again and the person answering the phone, who works in the actual pharmacy, found my info and said my prescription would be ready anytime. I hate ever having to call here. It is the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. This does not mean the people working behind the counter but the overall big picture.

The staff here are amazing in all departments. I'm always greeted with a smile by employees when I walk in to the door. Everyone in the store is helpful. I love my experience with their pharmacy and are willing to help.

With Coborn's pharmacy closing, the pharmacy has been very busy! But they've increased their staffing quickly & still are able to provide quick service to many more patients now. Everyone I've encountered is still cheerful & patient. They're all doing a wonderful job with what must be a challenging influx of customers!

There is an older lady that threw away my 7 dollars of rewards coupon and said oh you can't use this n thew it in the garbage. This was a month ago and I know it was usable because I use them all the time! Yesterday she said you get email receipts and I was waiting for my coupon to print. She said you don't get one. I swear she is using my coupons. I have never had another worker do this or had issues ever like this at any Walgreens!!

Absolutely terrible. Arrived at 7:05 to have passport photos taken. 1st clerk has to page for help in photo. After clerk 2 arrives, we were told they don't take passport photos after 7. We were the only ones in the store besides the 2 clerks - no wonder. Place is a joke.

I wish I could recall the name of the employee, but I do not. That said, I so appreciated her kind manner when I had to purchase enough of one medication that I needed while on vacation. I had forgotten my supply of the medication at home--six hours away--and she kindly explained what I needed to do in order to get an emergency order prescribed and filled.

Came for a nebulizer for my sick toddler. Don't typically go through Walgreens, but the doctor said my usual pharmacy may not have nebulizers at the time. Showed up to ask about my daughter's script, they said not only had they not received her script from the doctor, they consider nebs surgical equipment so my insurance would likely not cover it. I went back to the doctors office to get a written script, and they flat out told me the pharmacy was likely jerking me around because they didn't want to fill the order. They showed me the confirmation number and time that Walgreens stated they received it. I went to a different place and they did have to haggle with insurance a bit to get it covered, but they tried and succeeded. Walgreens quite frankly didn't even try, despite my sick daughter being directly in front of them and feeling clearly miserable. Unbelievably bad service.
