I brought my Chevy equinox in called and scheduled a appointment had to wait a week for an opening. They kept my car for five days with no call so I called them on the fifth day and ask what's the deal. The mechanic finally called me back and said it was a fuel pump I told him it was just replaced one month ago he assured me that was the problem. I didn't get five miles down the road check engine light came on and it's ran horrible ever since. Only one hundred thousand miles on it one owner. I definitely assume sabotage I missed the sign that said White's only. Stay away there Christian values are fake. They kept my car five days for an hour and a half repair.

Trevor and the Hwy Auto Sales and service is phenomenal. This place is genuine and transparent when it comes to your vehicle. In 2020, I purchased an Audi A7 from here. I was drawn to them because of their pursuit for southern US owned, rust free used vehicles. I've brought the A7 for all servicing since and the pricing and quality is by far the best around. I drive 30+ minutes and would drive farther if the situation called for it. If you're looking for a solid place for used vehicles, especially Audis, check these guys out. A++

Visited this dealership today with every intention of purchasing a vehicle. Cash in hand. Had to walk inside twice and ask for keys to different vehicles, no one came out to assist, third time in I asked the salesman to put his coat on and come outside to sell me a vehicle. He had nothing to say outside. Very poor customer service.

I understand that when buying a used car, you are taking some risks. However, I would expect any reputable dealership to thoroughly inspect a vehicle for safety issues before letting it leave the lot. We bought a 2011 Yukon Denali a while ago that has been nothing but a headache since we picked it up. For the first time ever, we also purchased an extended warranty for the vehicle. We have had the Yukon back at least 5 times for various small repairs that should have been covered by this warranty but weren't. Now we are again having problems with 2 different issues. The air conditioner hasn't worked correctly since we bought it, even after they "fixed" it. The power brake booster vacuum pump is shot. I am certain they will find a way to not cover these issues under the extended warranty.Trevor was great and helped out as much as he could. My only advise (like others) is to bring a mechanic along and have them do a complete inspection before signing any papers. Also, don't waste your money on extended warranty that doesn't cover anything.

Placed my RV with them on consignment for sale. I sent many different people to look at it via my Facebook post. Never got any feedback from Highway auto sales on what people were saying. Went to pick it up and found my catalytic converter had been cut out of the vehicle. When I questioned highway auto sales about their security/any help they could provide on the matter I was basically told to call my insurance company no help at all.! They took zero responsibility and had no empathy. I would give them zero stars if it was possible.

Didn't buy but was interested in a car. Nice enough people and seemed great to deal with.Car prices as of July 2022 are all over the map, so I'm more picky about value and what I think is a fair deal. The vehicle I looked at was very clean but had issues. Most where inexpensive items, few hundred for a mirror motor, dash pad, and A/C repair. As a mechanic I could have done it but for the asking price I would have expected it done.

We had a trade in car and were interested in a vehicle they had on their lot that would better fit our family. After a short and reasonable discussion, we were offered a fair market value price on our trade in to put towards the new vehicle that the misses liked very much. After a short test drive , there seemed to be a check engine code that wouldn't go away without further inspection. Chris and Trevor worked together to get us taken care of. Unfortunately, the first attempt to fix the issue proved more than we both bargained for. I brought the vehicle back to them, and since this was a pre-existing condition, they stated that they would get this fixed 100% before they felt comfortable giving it back.... Welp, second time is the charm and they were able to get this issue fixed with ease. Trevor and Chris are both very trustworthy guys. We felt well taken care of and I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a used vehicle at a reasonable price.!!!

My first experience with Hi-Way Auto Sales. I waited until June 14, 2022, to provide non-rush review with experience of vehicle purchase sold by Trevor. 2014 Audi A7 quattro, price tag $24,995. Trevor disclosed Airbag sensor faulty, he discounted $1000. Vehicle purchased on February 3rd, 2022, for $23,995.February 4th oil leak noticed on the ground photo taken. February 4th, vehicle inspected by Walser dealership. Tech adviser noted issues: oil leaking back timing cover area, air bag sensor hanging loose from the front behind grille. Wiring and brake caliper hose misrouted on the left front. Tires mismatched, Trevor was made aware of the mismatched tire, and fuel panel not working by me before purchasing the vehicle. Trevor mentioned mismatched tire does not cause harm for Audi A7.I purchased four new tires from Walser, $258 per tire. Walser recommendation, have vehicle service at an import shop for Audi.Vehicle was taken to (All Imports & Domestic) for repairs on February 5th. February 22nd vehicle repairs completed. They removed driver’s side caliper, to re-route hose and ABS wiring to correct location, cost $280. They Replaced oil separator to (stop oil leaks), coolant pipe, and degreased engine; cost $1,200. Also, Spare tire was missingI would suggest if you were going to purchase a used car from Hi-Way, ask them to place the vehicle on a lift and inspect for oil leaks, or have a dealership mechanic inspect it before purchase.Hi-Way Auto Sales building cleansing is great. Trevor’s overall attitude is polite. Based on my own firsthand experiences with Hi-Way, I would not be a returning customer.

I recommend Hi-Way Auto Sales! They find great vehicles across the region, (many have not been exposed to road salt), and ensure that they are ready for you and your family to take them on the road. Great financing options too! We have purchased 2 vehicles from them, we recommend them to our friends and family, and we will be back in the future! They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff that will work with you and answer all your questions until you are confident that you are making the right decision for you. Chris and I found an issue with one of our vehicles and he was quick to get it in the shop to make it right! He was very professional and patient with us. I trust them... how many car dealers can you say that about?!Paul & Lisa Bowden

I reached out to Trevor at Hi-Way auto sales looking for a specific vehicle with some specific options. They didn’t have any available and in turn offered to look at auctions and dealer trades for one I really liked. He let me pick one out, purchased it, and had it ready to go in less than a week! I did encounter issues after purchasing the vehicle that weren’t extremely visible, but it is always key to remember that the vehicles are used and to always be sure of your purchase. Not every used car is perfect, and not every used car is bad. There was issues on the vehicle that were hidden from photos of the auction and he offered to take care of it to make the buying experience as great as possible. Even after I took the vehicle home, he took care of me very well. The purchase experience was as easy, straight forward, and welcoming as possible. Trevor answered any questions I had at the time and was extremely responsive. If you’re looking for a used vehicle, I would highly recommend Hi-Way Auto sales, and specifically Trevor.

Took several vehicles for a test drive. They all needed obvious repairs and were very overpriced considering. Nice salesman, not pushy.

Josh was our salesman and he did an amazing job. We were looking for a used Yukon that had no major maintenance needs. He said his vehicles are fixed before being sold and that we could have our mechanic check it out first. He was reasonable and honest about every thing. I would definitely return to this dealership.
