“Had an issue with my cell phone battery over heating and expanding. Had insurance but they wanted my bad cell phone back in 10 days but couldn't get it to work to restore data and delete my data before returning. Laura put a temporary battery in so I could restore as much as possible and delete my data. She also helped retrieve my Samsung data. So happy to get most data back especially photos that weren't backed up. (Lesson learned for me!! Backup data.) She is very knowledgeable and great to work with. Thank you Laura!!”
