Had an issue with my cell phone battery over heating and expanding. Had insurance but they wanted my bad cell phone back in 10 days but couldn't get it to work to restore data and delete my data before returning. Laura put a temporary battery in so I could restore as much as possible and delete my data. She also helped retrieve my Samsung data. So happy to get most data back especially photos that weren't backed up. (Lesson learned for me!! Backup data.) She is very knowledgeable and great to work with. Thank you Laura!!

We came in because my son needed a phone screen protector on vacation. They have a service that will cut to fit the screen protector for the phone. It works great and I am glad we found this product. Service was prompt and we will go back if we need that again.

I wasn’t sure what to expect at Geek Squad as I had never been to one before yet the one in Pequot was just what I needed. Jill was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I was in and out in about ten minutes with my issue fixed. Great service and experience. I will use them for all future issues as well! I went out of my way to drive there and it was very worth my while. Thank you!!

I would give this place -5 stars if possible because paid extra for next day service and didn't get my daughters phone back for 4 days! Wasn't happy with the service here at all!!!

If you have computer needs - bring them to Geek to Go!! I do not know “computer language” and Laura was kind, patient, professional and helped explain (in terms I could understand) what needed to be done - and then got it done ✅

My friend give them his Xbox to fix it and they still haven’t fixed it or gave it back. It’s been over half a year. Do not bring anything to them. They can’t fix anything.

I usually repair my own stuff but I had just moved to the area and needed my laptop repaired quickly. Geek2Go did it quickly and for a really fair price. They went above and beyond for me on a couple of issues that really helped considering my whole life is in boxes right now. Really happy with the service and will definitely use them again.
