This company was a no show for us yesterday. I made an appointment online. My appointment was confirmed. I received two reminders that they were coming~~but they didn't come. I tried calling, but the voicemail box was full I sent texts and emails, asking when they were coming. I got no response. If my appointment was confirmed, I wonder whose house they were at?? And, last night their company sent an email, asking us, "How'd we do? Would you like to leave a review?" We are so disappointed and can't recommend this company.
I'm my opinion, even if your company has a very nice website, if you don't have PEOPLE answering customer phone calls, responding to emails and texts, and giving excellent customer service, your business is probably going to have problems retaining customers.

I made an appointment online after I couldn’t get ahold of anyone on the phone. I got a confirmation email and text for my appointment, and I got a follow up confirmation the day before my appointment. This company never showed up, never called. Never responded to my email or my review and now their voicemail is full. Terrible costumer service!

My wife and I moved into our new home and wanted our vents cleaned out because the former owners had lived there for 17 years. This was the first time we've ever had our vents cleaned out and we were so glad that we chose Optimum Cleaning. They did an incredible job! Highly recommend getting your duct work cleaned! We purchased an older home a few years and there is a musty smell in there that I have been trying to get rid of for years. I had Optimum clean our duct work and noticed an immediate drop in the odor. Thank you!

We purchased a new home and the vents and air exchange were black. When I came home after optimal cleaning was done I was amazed. It looked like new. I am so greatful for the amazing job they did. I can breath easy knowing we our air system is clean.

Customer service was great! They did an awesome job cleaning the ducts and dryer vent on a house we just moved into. They found some gross stuff in the vents we were very thankful to have them cleaned!

The very friendly work crew arrived on time to clean my dryer vent. OMG the lint that came out of my long vent! I’m lucky I didn’t have a fire. Thank you for the great work and cleaning up everything too. (I have in floor heat or otherwise would have hired them to do furnace vents too.)
