“I was having issues at this post office, but after discussing it with the lady there, we were able to get things figured out. I'm really pleased with how she handled things, and with the plan going forward to get my deliveries.”

“I had a package stuck in a loop between my home and the cities but never made it out for delivery. A wonderful gentleman from the post office called me to let me know he drove to Nisswa to personally find it, brought it back to the Pine River Post Office and held it for me until we could pick it up. That standard of customer service is hard to find. I hope USPS values him highly.”

“I can't speak about delivery cause I have never gotten a delivery, but the employees at the post office have always been kind and friendly to me, and always helped me out with no negative attitude. I have noticed customers being rude however and it makes me appreciate the good service even more.”
