They installed fiber line 7 months ago on the highway. I'm still required to wait one more month until that's fully finished. I have not had more than 1 MB a second. Since then, they say they have not tampered with the internet in Anyway, and sent a service technician out to fix our internet issue. They installed a brand new modem and did some speed Testing still only 1 MB a second. If you have any other options besides arvig I suggest going with them.

The price of service is not worth the quality of service. Internet has gone out multiple times this year, it is a struggle for someone that depends on their internet for work.

Goes out constantly.They should fix their load balancing so their oldest customers aren’t having their internet go out every weekend and multiple times a week.I will remove this review if my internet doesn’t go out for a month.

Account was not updated that my property had been flagged for internet and the line was already dug in. I called Monday of this week to inquire about when the next group would be coming for installation. I was told I would be getting a call on the 26th of May to get on the list for install. It didn't appear that anyone really knew what was happening.

When I called to put my internet on winter rates I asked what the monthly rate was. I was told $10. Have been billed $17 each month. Called to find out why, was told they would change it ti $10. Got billed today for $17.

They are absolutely the worst internet provider you can have. Pay more for less. The worst internet speed possible it’s like running a computer off of a potato you can get better internet at a McDonald’s

A company that overcharges because it runs an illegal monopoly in the areas that it represents, an illegal monopoly in Eagle Bend MN as well as several other locations. Just terrible people with no morals that are into price fixing and monopolistic practices.

Arvig has been great to work with. I have had them for internet service for a year now and every time something has happened, they have gone above and beyond to ensure my internet was back up and running for schoolwork. Great customer service and are always willing to ensure my needs/wants are satisfied. I highly recommend them to future clients looking for internet services.

been waiting over 4 months to get my internet/WIFI in, paid for this back in September of 2022 and still waiting, this should not take this long to get put in.

It's good when it's good, but then it spins and spins and you wait and wait and we have the upgrade! I'd give it a 5 if it worked the same always!

Took almost a year to get a broken line fixed. Been paying for 25mbs internet and averaging 10, they put in a bonded modem which doubled my speed, but still less than what it is. Calling tech support about every 3 weeks with issues. If you can get service anywhere else, do it. Unfortunately my options are This or satellite and somehow satellite managed to be worse.

Terrible company fees on everything $3.00 fee on getting monthly bill by mail, fees $25 fee to reconnect service from a temporary state, $100 to reconnect from a permanent state you only have a week to turn on service again or it will be permanent disconnect and you'll have to pay that $100 fee to reconnect plus any other fees plus what you owe , I understand it's not the companies problem that the customer fell behind and was late but the fees are hard to get caught back up in fees alone it could add up to $200 or more they don't work with customers and service was ok
