We stopped in on Friday and purchased our new Floe lift. Tentatively Dan set up an appointment for Monday to install the new lift. We had crummy weather yesterday, but still they called and showed to to install it as promised.They barged the new lift across the lake so they wouldn't damaged our lawn and took away or old equipment the same way. Extremely satisfied!

Wonderfully prompt and professional service! We had a Newman's Boat Lift cable break. After attempting to have Newman's repair it (multiple calls and emails with no reply), and an independent lift repair person (came to look then quit returning calls), I emailed Richter's. I received a phone call WITHIN AN HOUR. They are not a Newman's dealer but they said they had a repair person on staff experienced with Newman's lifts. I spoke to them on a Thursday and by Monday they had the repair parts, called, came to my lake home and installed on site. Outstanding service! I will definitely be doing more business in the future with Richter's.
