Absolutely LOVED my Brazilian blowout! I usually don't straighten my hair because it would take about 4 times of going over it and it's still puffy. After my blowout, my hair air dried and that was it! � Also, love my color. I've already gotten so many compliments. Katie knew exactly what to do�

I am very disappointed with this salon. The first time I went there I made an appointment about 2 weeks in advance. I had to leave work early to get there on time and upon arrival I was told I didn't have an appointment. Upon further investigation found that I wasn't even in their system. I looked in my call log as I had only called one place and verifies their number. The lady working was nice enough to stay late to get me in. I thought that sort of made up for it (although I had to come back 2 hours past my appointment time). I figured I would give them another shot. Now I've been trying to get ahold of them for two weeks with no one answering the phone. I've left voicemail with only one call being returned, with them not leaving a message. I guess my business is not wanted and I will be going somewhere else from now on.
