“Overall good experience! The paperwork and everything was quick and easy. However, I was unimpressed that they had a worker using it as a commuter car so the mileage was 5,000 above what was listed. They also smoked in the car and I didn’t realize how bad it was until I drove it all weekend. I’ve done everything to get the smell out by deep cleaning and using odor eliminators. Also it is due for an oil change because they were driving it. That was not made aware to me until the papers were signed. They did say I could come back for an oil change but I live over an hour away and would waste a lot of gas and time to bring it back.”
