I would not recommend the Verizon store in Perham. Customer Service is definitely not their priority. Cross selling and up selling seems to be the goal. Beware! They may tell you one price and when you get the bill, you find that they have sold you a higher priced item than quoted. Find another Verizon store to deal with. I found much better service elsewhere.

Had a great experience the first time when we bought our phones. Came in today for a billing issue and my phone malfunctioning lady working was incredibly rude and short telling us to call Verizon for the billing issue (which we did and were told to go back to them) She wouldn't even listen to us talk. Tried to explain the problem with my phone and just got interrupted saying to make an insurance claim. Not a very professional way to treat your customers. Will not be back again if I can help it.

Never received credit for my phone almost a year ago. Everytime I went in I was told they couldn't help me.... everytime I called Verizon I was told to go into store... now it's 10 months later and I'm out $800 dollars because it was only typed in as an $80 credit....

We had all you could eat Walleye fish on thursday special. Highly recommended. The best. If you have never had there Fridays baby back or saturday's prime rib. You will not be dissatisfied. Thank you!!!!

Will not step foot in the Perham Verizon again. I asked a question to the gentleman working there, and an extremely rude woman that was working jumped in the middle of my question and told me something I didn't understand. I told her I didn't know how to do that, to walk me through it, and she said "I just told you". Obviously I wouldn't be going in to a store if I knew how to fix my problem. Handled VERY unprofessionally!

I have had two good stops at the store and they told me about their business bundle program. I was told to call and make a appointment, I called twice left two messages, but they never called me back. I will go to another store.

Lost my daughters phone in the lake today. Bought a new phone. Had SEVERAL issues because my daughter couldn’t remember her Apple ID. Although we left without the issues totally resolved Kirsten (I could have her name wrong) went above and beyond to help us. She really was dedicated to helping my family. She did all she could from her end, spent more time with us then I could have ever expected,, and after contacting Apple support, supplied us with the information to move forward. This young lady was amazing.
