First... this is a low cost styling business and based on quantity. Some of the reviews w8th low star ratings are ridiculous reasons. If there that picky go pay tye 50 to 75 dollar price tag where they take 30mins to cut your hair. I got a great cut and super fast. Met my expectations for a quick cut.

The stylist refused to cut my hair because there was product in it. I asked her to wash my hair. She said it won't work because of all the product. She told me to come back when you have no product in your hair. I was refused a haircut today because the stylist said she doesn't have the time to shampoo my hair because they are really busy.

If you want your haircut blocky, choppy and cut in 3 minutes this is the place!
Had to get my hair cut done again at a different place. The person who cut my hair doesn't seem to understand the customer is always right, gave off vibes of OH I'LL FIX YOU!
Lost my trust, Lost a client for life, never returning to any Great Clips again.

I walked in and asked for a shampoo with cut. She said she was gonna have to cut my hair dry so therefore she would have to blow dry before cutting. But otherwise they will not blow dry it if they shampoo after. It's cold out I did not want to leave the salon wet , she could not understand that, walked out. Awful customer service!!!
