I had a really great experience at this auto repair shop when our truck broke down just before my move to Michigan. They went above and beyond, letting me drop off my vehicle later in the day. One of the mechanics, Tookie, was incredibly kind and gave me a ride to and from my apartment, which was a huge help. They got our truck fixed quickly and I was back on the road the very next day. The service was fast, the price was reasonable, and our truck has been running great ever since. A huge thank you to Tookie and Sheldon for everything. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of honest, reliable service.

I drive from the cities to bring my families cars to the Pit Stop. Everything is better, service, honesty, and cost. I just wish I could give more stars.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Wife and I brought our truck there after another mechanic had screwed it up. Plus the mechanic didn't finish the job. The Pit Stop crew got my wife's baby back up and running. This shop is incredible and they have a customer for as long as I'm on this rock.

I was ready to thr the towel in on my vehicle and all mechanics then whil driving my vehicle to another repair shop we couldn't go any further than Pit Stop Auto. I called and left a message then Monday morning I talked to Sheldon who ordered the drive shaft directly from GM and it was installed and back on the roa. if you question any mechanics qualifications or trustworthiness no need to question this shop or owner, very happy with Sheldon and his crew.

This shop is amazing. My car died and all symptoms pointed to the alternator being broken. We had it towed to Sheldon and within a couple of hours were able to pick it up. It turned out to be faulty cables, which was a much cheaper fix than what we expected. He could have taken advantage of us and charged us for a new alternator, but instead they found the actual problem and a reasonable solution. Sheldon and his team were professional and personable, and they will be our go-to place from now on.
