Manager -- I had such lovely service from two ladies on 4/17/24 around 6pm. They were friendly, helpful, personable, fun and easy going, and offered a perfect suggestion when I needed one. Thank you to them!

Ordered online and drove 15 miles to the restaurant, one minute before my order was supposed to be ready I get an email saying it was cancelled! No manager working and just one kid running the restaurant. So I was out my family’s dinner and the gas money to get there! This place is a joke!!

It never fails that when we want food from there that they either mess up our order somehow or on a night like tonight, my birthday, when I wanted my favorite favorite take out, that not one but both of their locations were closed early, yet again. So again it's a Burger King night.

Ordered online and of course got the wrong food made wrong and all I was told was talk to doordash.....kinda sad the food stinks and looks like we got old food.....couldn't even tell what the meat was or anything else on it. They only seem to get the order right when your watching them make it

Don't bother with either location in Pine City, especially if looking for work. They've jerked me around for over a month saying the manager is out but my name is "on the board" and that they'll be calling me. The time before last I went in, the woman I talked to laughed at me and said "how should I know?" when I asked if they were still hiring and explained that I'd been checking up 2-3 times a week for the last month and the manager is always "not in." Today, I checked up again, assuming that the woman was one of the teenagers they'd recently hired, only to be told that I had likely spoken to the ever-elusive manager. Incredibly unprofessional and inexcusable behavior for someone who is supposed to be mature and professional enough to manage two locations.

subway been lacking lately But me and my boyfriend got sandwiches here and they were soooo good. bread was fresh and sammies were crafted perfectly. James is a sandwich artist pro (coming from a previous subway employee).

Only giving them a one due to not being able to give less! This is the second time we've ordered delivery online and haven't recieved the almost $40 worth of food! I call the store and I get an "its the door dash app problem" yet, your store took my money to pay for the food? Plus the delivery tip. Not to mention she tells me I can send my husband to the store to grab my meal (that had been sitting there over an hour) without a call. He gets to the store to have her lock the door and run to the back (with my meal still sitting in the store) needless to say we ended up paying for 2 different meals for dinner tonight! total of $100. Will be calling the store in the morning!

I usually prefer this subway to the one in walmart but this time they had no passion no will half of the sandwiches I ordered weren't cut I ordered double meats on three of them got single meats on all 3 I am beyond disappointed with this visit there is no life in their eyes 2 sandwiches thrown in paper bags sandwiches just thrown in carelessly I would like to thank Anthony and Karissa for their service at subway I hope to come back and this attitude changes

This was absolutely THE WORST experience I've ever had. The manager was yelling and super disrespectful and crass. She treated her employee like crap in front of multiple customers as well as being short and disrespectful to a customer who had come in to pick up a catering platter which she didn't even start. That and the fact that she was yelling across the store constantly to ask people if they had the pickup orders. The male employee was extremely patient with her as he served the lunch rush by himself while he trained in a brand new employee. It took me over 20 minutes to get my order started... and I was the first person in line. Finally got my order and found a long hair in it. I left a complaint with corporate. I rarely leave a bad review but this place needs extreme measures taken if they want to succeed.

Love going here drinks chips cookies pop and other stuff you can get a wide range of sandwiches get it toasted wide variety of sauces and toppings you can even get extra meat or cheese for a little extra money

Some people should just wear hair nets or hats that contain hair better. Kid was polite but not sure I’ll take the chance again of having hair in my food.
