I stopped in to change my name twice now with no success. The first time I was told I need my divorce decree even though I have my license already changed to my last name where I provided my divorce decree and I changed my social security card already as well. So I stop in today and because there is no banker I had to make an appointment. This is very frustrating to me. I was easily able to change my last name with the other bank I bank at without any of these other hula hoops I had to jump through. Thinking I just need to go through a different bank.

I’ve been to this location a number of times and have been treated rudely. I don’t understand how a company who deals with something we own (our money) can make it so complicated to access. The bank manager and some of the staff are short, insulting and rude to customers. This should not be the case because they work for the customers and in this area of business the customer definitely should come first and this does not happen at this location.

The absolute worst US bank branch location I have been to. The hours are a joke. How does anyone who works get there in the hours they are open? I understand this world is going all online, I do most of my banking online but some things you just have to go into the branch for.Then when you do make it 90% of the staff (1 very nice one) is completely rude and not helpful. I have left more often then not without getting my banking needs met. I wish they still had North Beanch location open. I Had 0 problems for years. I have multiple business accounts (5) plus my personal accounts. I think it’s time to start shopping for a new bank.Maybe a credit union.

I had a good experience here, it took a long time to get my check cashed but it wasn't anybodies fault in the bank. Sometimes these things happen and the lovely lady who helped me was decent enough and in a good enough mood, considering I got there right when they opened ?. Good job guys

Wasted my time. They told me they couldn't cash a check because they're drive through only because of COVID-19...sent me all the way to North Branch! Fyi, the Princeton location had cashed one for me a week prior...same COVID-19 restrictions. Thanks for all the extra time and gas wasted, not!

Toni is possibly the worst banker I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She is rude, brash, and quite frankly not good at communication. I expect more from US Bank.
