Terrible communication about getting fiber installed. Told that they would plow by the end of summer and then call to hook it up in the house. Called and told the timeline is another 3 months for them to hook this up in the house. This all should be communicated up front to inform the customer of the time it completely takes to have internet.

Don’t expect to get new service quickly. CAN TAKE TWO YEARS. Go with satellite and avoid the headache of this company

In less than a month of having new service in a brand new home we were blamed for damaging the fiber optics and charged $100 despite never even touching absolutely anything because they 100% installed everything. To top it off, insurance they sell is only good if internet/cable is disrupted during normal business hours. Never heard of such a thing.

Bad connection and won't allow self instalation despite basically everyone knowing how to do that these days. Greed like this is what's driving younger generations towards socialism and I can't blame them.

Hardly ever works the way it is supposed too at our house. Many times where our upload drops under .1 mb/s. :l

Works well for me in Pine Island and I work 100% from home online and usually have multiple kids streaming something. Staff is friendly and helpful if we ever need to call about anything. We do have the fiber at our home.

I had previously given Bevcomm one star because we dropped internet ALL THE TIME. At the start of pandemic home schooling/working from home we called for a service call. They came out and we able to fix problems in the box outside, inside, and suggested a new router. We now can stream movies and do multiple video chats at the same time with VERY few outages.

I have had a problem for almost a year now where everytime I update my computer or lose internet access. It takes UP to three hours to finally be able to connect back to the internet. I have called 17 times to get it fixed. They have accidentally turned on my wifi service multiple time even though I have said that I dont want it. They give me the run around saying it is my fault or that it's on their end and should be fixed now. It's the same problem everytime I dont get why it is so hard for them to fix. I really wish there was a different provider in my area would drop in a heart beat if there was

Wish I could give 0 stars. Trying to game online is impossible. I'm drawing slow upload speeds. Download speeds go from decent to poor fast. Its pretty bad when I'm the only person in the household, with all my devices wifi shut off and can't even game. Not to mention trying to stream an app like hulu, hbo, and netflix is unbearable. YouTube is the only app that can run off the terrible connection.

Throughout the 10+ years that our family has used Bevcomm, the internet service and service technicians have been superior. Every service call has been managed and solved with professionalism and efficiency. During on-line learning, every staff member politely answered questions, made suggestions, and handled service calls. In particular, when our service went completely down during online learning, Bevcomm showed up promptly and quickly analyzed that one of the school computers was running a program which interfered with the service - thank you, Jill!!
