“The best one around here by far the staff here unlike the other dollar general is sissy’s happy to see you add willing to help. They treat you like a person and not a criminal because you spend more than $5 in the store. They must have great leadership here cuz everyone is nice and seems on task!!!my favorite guy cashier works here and the manger even jumped my car one night when my battery went dead the other stores managers would have Jeff me there with no phone no car to fend for myself they are always polite and professional here too.”

I felt so bad about taking extra time as a line had started forming behind me. Raymond was all positivity however and directed me to the customer service desk to void out enough items so that I could finish my transaction with Jo Ann. After a few minutes, Raymond surprised me by coming back up to us, handing Jo Ann his own card and telling her to put the items back in my bags. i am so grateful to him and HY-VEE. i hadn't been having a very good day and he completely turned it around for me. Thank you Ray!!”

“Generally cheap prices on most thingsDuring the midst of the pandemic they had a lot of supply issues, I feel in general that it has gotten much better. They also have curbside pickup over on the Sam's Club side for online orders and we've used their delivery service during this time as well which generally went well.”

Not only did she go ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me select the perfect watch but, she held onto the watch for me while I continued shopping. After I was ready to purchase the watch, she helped me take out a few links to make sure it fit me. She spent extra time with me helping me with sizing, doing everything in her power to help me with the perfect fit.
