βWonderful asian market packed with goodies. Huge selection of spices, pastes, and canned goods as well as fresh food. We also found the prices to be very reasonable. Will definitely shop here again!β
βI'm pleasantly surprised that the char siu 叉燒 here is amazing, especially if you get it in the morning when they've just finished roasting the meat. I dare say it's actually better than what you'll get at most Chinese restaurants, even those in the coastal cities with a substantial Cantonese population (NYC, SF, LA, etc.).β

βGreat store, massive selection of various food products and vitamin supplements. The staff are always kind. Love going to the store-one of the best shopping experiences, with a very often a price deduction on many products.β

βAldi feels like the speed-run version of grocery shopping. ?
No fluff, no distractions. Just grab a quarter for the cart, cruise the aisles, and suddenly your cart is full of random treasures you didnβt plan on buying. One minute youβre grabbing eggs and cheese, the next youβre staring at imported chocolate, German cookies, and a chainsaw that somehow appeared in the βAldi Findsβ aisle.
Prices are solid, the store is clean, and checkout moves faster than a pit crew at Daytona. Just remember to bring a bagβ¦ or youβll be doing the parking-lot trunk shuffle trying to box everything up.

βi love this place, truly authentic. i wouldnβt order online for anything, itβs just the best in person. my parents and i ordered food here, and i got myself a beautiful Rosary that can be worn as a necklace, as well as for my prayer time. food is BOMB too. foreigners should come here, a reminiscent time for sureβfrom soap to clothes. just good for being in Rochester. iβm really happy there are like 3 el gallos, but this location is probably the best.β

βNice clean store. I wosh the bakery was available after that stagf goes home. Even though half of the case was empty. Love the quiet shopping; no loud music. Bought a few things for me, and the kids, that we can't get in our small town.β

βI don't usually shop at Cub foods but I went to the store to see what they had to offer. The store was very well lit, very clean, quite quiet not the normal hush rush atmosphere you would find at a supermarket The music that they played was very calming the shopping experience I found to be quite pleasant. As for the products, I found them to be better value than what we would normally see for store brands. I'm pretty particular with what I buy and for items that have ingredients that are fairly listed I found the value to be quite good.β
βWide variety of vegan food. Similar to a Natural Grocers, Trader Joe’s, Sprouts or smaller Whole Foods. You can get delivered with Door Dash and other services.β
βCleanliness is next to Aldiness!? This store is by far the best store Iβve shopped in! Itβs way cleaner than other stores in Rochester, and the staff definitely work hard to keep it that way. I consistently see team members running around filling shelves and helping guests with any of their needs. Praise be to Aldi???β

βSpacious, bright, attractive store. Well organized and marked. Has a limited selection of items in some area but in general very good. Superb meat counter. Best steak I have had in a long time. A little more expensive in general.β
βI had a problem with my WIC saying I could only use so many items at once on my grocery list and Jo Ann and another employee I think a manager whose name starts with a D were so kind and took their time helping me fix it to make sure everything got covered and figured out. Thank you both so much!β
βInternational Spice Store is truly a one-of-a-kind gem in Rochester. Khalid is always incredibly helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and the store carries just about everything you could need.
Conveniently located downtown, thereβs street parking and parking ramps nearby, but if you live downtown, biking to the store is especially fun and easy.

βHyvee west circle can be considered the flagship of Rochester. This has all the premiere areas of a supermarket including full service bakery, deli, seafood and meat departments as well as extended international, frozen, dairy and health. The staff are friendly and willing to assist no matter what the question. Without a doubt this is is my first choice here in Rochester, especially NW. Stop by for all your needs.β

βStopped into Asian Pacific Market and immediately realized this isn’t your average grocery run. This is a passport with aisles.
First stop: ramen heaven. 🍜
An entire wall of it. Not just “chicken or beef.” I’m talking flavors you need Google Translate and courage for. Bowls, bricks, cups, spicy levels that look like they come with a waiver.
Then somehow… boom. Random European snacks. Like the international snack aisle threw a party and never cleaned up. Chocolate bars you’ve never heard of. Cookies that look important.
Seafood section? Let’s just say it’s authentic. Whole fish. Fish I couldn’t identify even with a biology degree. A couple boxes of dried fish sitting out like they’re sunbathing. You know you’re not in a big chain store anymore. 🐟
Produce section had fruit that looked like it was grown on another planet. Spiky things. Smooth things. Things that might bite back.
It’s chaotic in the best way. Real deal, no-frills, globally stocked shelves. If you want “safe,” go somewhere else. If you want adventure and a ramen selection that could feed a small army, this is your spot.β

βJust want to repeat how much I enjoy this store. I've been coming to rice and spice since its location on the corner of 4th and Broadway. I've seen it change hands several times and all that time, and I love that the new owners always carry on the tradition of the original owner. There's always a friendly face who is patient and willing to help guide you around the store and find what you need, including translating when you need it! This has been my favorite store to buy spices, rice, authentic veg, and authentic chutney's and sauces. Definitely recommend shopping here for all. You do not need to be an expert at Indian cuisine to benefit from all the wonderful ingredients here at amazing prices.β
βThe best goats meat around. Fresh and well frozen. Fresh liver. All meat that comes in is freshly killed. So you don't have to worry about anything. The best meat products out there. Freshly killed and well kept.β

βWith my daughter being vegan and I vegetarian this store is perfect. I like trying new things and love how they have a unique inventory of food I have not or would never of have thought about trying. Everyone is nice and there if you need help. Parking lot could use some work though, lol.β
