These guys have ongoing staffing issues. However overall they do a great job. They're kind, helpful, and prompt in office. They have a good selection of stamps available for a small town office. My only criticism is that their mail guy is always smoking like a chimney when he's on route, sorting and placing our mail, and the area always smells like a bar for a bit after he passes through. Oh and I had a few misplaced packages when I first moved into town, but my neighbors were helpful in finding those and after a few months of being here that was a non-issue.

According to tracking, my package has been sitting in limbo in Pine City for 3 days. It was supposed to go from St. Paul to a city 1.5 hours NE of the Twin Cities in Wisconsin. How it ended up on Pine City is beyond me.

I receive rural deliveries, recently, my neighbor and I received packages that were left on the ground along side of our mailboxes on County Road 12. This has happened frequently in the past and I have called to make the Post Master aware of these incidents. Now they don't even answer the phone. Hopefully the current incoming Administration privatizes the US Postal Service!

The ONLY reason this review is five stars is because of John. The delivery driver dropped off three of my packages to the wrong house. Fortunately I got two back but the most important one was taken in by the homeowner. John has been so helpful and so sincere about my package while the delivery driver does not care that a package for my wedding was misplaced. The driver said that the homeowner said he had already gave me my package. Not true. And the post office is doing nothing to help other than John. Thank you John.

You know that scene from Gilmore Girls where the town people trade packages at their town meeting? Expect that if you move here. People post about their lost packages the way they post about their lost puppies. Sometimes their packages find their way home.

Never get my packages. Always delivered to wrong address. Cannot get a real human on the phone. Great reason to privatize mail and send continuously under performing employees packing.Update: I am upgrading my review as personnel has changed and package delivery has been much improved. Keep up the good work and stars will go up. That said, during holiday season, we have received several pieces of mail that weren’t ours and had to go back.Update: 6-2022. Delivery has been much better!

Packages delivered to the wrong address twice. Says attempted to deliver package but no access which my house is clearly residential and has a mailbox... Tried calling to check if they have my package there at the office but no one answers and their voice mail box is full.

Had a package that said out for delivery 2 days ago still, haven’t gotten it. Now it’s just in transit at the post office and not in my PO Box.

I had 2 packages that were supposed to be delivered. The more expensive package was clearly thrown on the door step. Then the lesser expensive package was unable to be left at my door step. So I called the post office to see what the problem was. For 3 HOURS my phone calls were ignored. I left a voicemail. No response. A joke of a post office.
