Great old fashioned hardware store where they have everything. The staff is very helpful and kind. It has a lot of floor space and decent parking I would recommend this store to others.

I stopped in to purchase some picture hardware today with my service dog. I got up to the service counter and two dogs came out of nowhere and went after my service dog. My dog barked and took cover between me and the counter and the store’s dogs were on either side of me trying to get her. The lady behind the counter yelled pick the dog up and I am disabled but with my adrenaline got the strength to do it. Another older woman was able to grab their dogs. My dog had her service vest on and I told the lady after I had my dog in my arms that she is a service dog. She responded saying that they have a sign on the door stating No Pets. Unfortunately they don’t know about ADA laws; Under the ADA, State and local governments, businesses, and nonprofit organizations that serve the public generally must allow service animals to accompany people with disabilities in all areas of the facility where the public is allowed to go. I have RA and heart issues in addition to being a stroke victim. I will NEVER walk into this establishment again and will tell others not to as well. They never asked if I or my dog were ok and if you saw their door, it is loaded with notes all over it like a message board.

This place has it all. Amazing how one store can have such a variety of things. I would check to see if this store carried the item(s) before ordering off Amazon.

A full service hardware store with gifts and furniture. Nice helpful staff.
9-19-22: "hardware", paints, appliances, tools, etc.
4-27-24: I still buy hardware, Paints/Stains, appliances (fridge) and various tools as needed.

Gardiner's Hardware saved the day! We needed a specific plumbing fitting in a hurry, and they had it in stock at a great price. The staff was incredibly helpful, guiding us right to what we needed and even offering some handy advice. Their service was speedy, and we were in and out of the store in no time. Gardiner's Hardware is a lifesaver for those last-minute DIY projects. Highly recommend for their excellent selection, fair prices, and top-notch service.
