I had an oil change this morning and my husband Keith was here yesterday afternoon for an oil change and tires rotated. Splendid job at reasonable price. Honest and friendly. We will certainly recommend this awesome business and we will be back again. Thank you guy's!🙂

This shop is run by nice people with a sweet cat who is basically a mascot but I’ve tried to setup appointments there a few times and it’s always difficult to get something scheduled. I have to call to follow up when I’m told I’ll get a call back. Most recently, I haven’t even been able to get a hold of the shop during store hours and messages aren’t returned.
If someone is too busy to do the work or they would rather not, just be upfront. But it’s frustrating when someone is waiting for a call, delaying the work that could just be done somewhere else.

Korey was great! I left a message initially about what my problem was on my vehicle. He called me back within 24hrs. When I dropped my vehicle, he ran through my concerns and told me what to expect. Once service was completed I received a call letting me know my vehicle was ready. Korey broke down the billing and explained some items. It’s a very laid back, calm place and not cluttered business. Definitely will continue to use KV automotive!

I took my class C rv here to get an oil change. Great service by friendly helpful staff....namely Corey. Very clean and well kept office area. Fast service. I will be returning for sure.

Did an awesome job on detailing my Chevy Malibu which was full of dog fur and very dirty inside and out. Highly recommend, they even gave me a ride to my work and dropped off my car because my ride fell through..way above and beyond!!

After having my truck for almost two months for an oil pump the owner personally told me the truck was in the shop waiting on parts but would be done 5days ago. I decided to drive by and check on progress of this 5hour job only to find my truck still in the parking lot where the tow truck dropped it off! The continued lies and untimely repair are a true reflection of the poor business practice at this shop. I understand a few weeks out when I first brought truck there but no reason for it to be in same spot for that long. Just constant lies in this place which is easy to prove. Definitely should sell off and find a new career choice clue can’t even keep employees and bills paid around there. Can’t even pay companies that have done work for em as they get lied to aboutService: Engine repair

Made appointment to have van detailed. Carpets shampooed, cleaned inside and out, buff pinstripes clean, etc. made appointment to drop off on a Tuesday. Called Thursday to see if ready to pick up. Was told carpet was still drying and still needed to buff, they were to call Friday. Friday no word, called them at 345 pm as they close at 530. They said they’d check progress and call back. Went to get it and NOTHING WAS DONE. Parked unlocked just where I left it. DONT bother going there. They actually wanted to reschedule what a jokeService: Carburetor cleaning
