Awesome store! Tons of inventory not just in tools and equipment but all the accessories for your favorite brand. Associates were quick and knowledgeable which was great making the place even better. I order online a lot from Acme and wanted to get to one of their stores, I was completely blown away with the variety and large selection for basically every brand from woodworking-construction-landscaping! I don’t really understand how people can rate this store below 4 stars at a minimum considering how much care and attention to detail they put into the store and their services. I will be back as soon as I can and can’t wait to see what else they’ll have.

I purchased an Eco lawnmower from Acme Tools. I paid full price minus the 10 percent discount they offered everyone. The lawnmower was used, NOT NEW. It came in an open box labeled different than the model I bought. Acme, if I pay full price I expect an unopened package and a brand new mower. Shame on you.

Careful of their tactics. They will sell you something incorrectly, tell you you Can exchange it and then slam the door in your face. No honor and backing for their products

I'm sorry to say that my experience was a total dud.
They listed a Milwaukee cordless tool at a very competitive price.
The anticipated shipping time was 2-3 weeks, not great, but I went forward with the order, immediately receiving a confirmation email. About a week later, I got an automated email promising to ship within anticipated time. After 4 weeks and no further updates, I logged into my Acme account and discovered that I had no orders pending at all. (I did get about a thousand emails offers and ads during this time, though).
I emailed to cancel, and promptly got an acknowledgment form email, so that's a point in their favor. My credit card never got charged, either, indicating that either my order never really happened, or, if I'm being generous, they have at least some ethics. I'll never know because I'm never going back there.
Only one star because I wasted a month of my time.

Terrible customer service, won't stand behind their product listings, and inaccurate website descriptions. Manufacture apparently changed a key component in an item 6 months ago and no mention of it on the product description. The holding/carrying metal frames are no longer included, now they include one bag to place all the parts in. Item pictures still showed the product the way it came 6 months ago but I got the cheaper version.

Will not go back to Acme tool they won’t honor their catalog prices. They are going downhill fast poor customer service. buyer beware prices aren’t what they actually are advertised.

Martin Milless is the best. He has helped me in the past with basic orders quickly and knowledgeably. My truck was broke into and lost all of my tools. He went above and beyond with helping me get what I needed. With a couple of questions, he knew exactly the style and quality of tools I was interested in. He put the time on the computer work to find me the best deal. He is my go to Guy from now on. Thank You Martin?

Mike, who is one of the product specialist was beyond helpful. Being a new home owner, I had a handful of questions that he answered. What I liked most was that he gave me his honest opinions on which tools were the best for my situation. This was my first time here and definitely will not be my last. Thanks again Mike!
