- The place is beautiful, clean, and well-kept (I would say all the time)
- The staff and people living here are very friendly
- Very limited parking in the apartment’s outdoor parking lot. Additional outdoor parking that are available is shared with the golf course nearby but within specific hours from evening to morning. There is also an underground parking with ample of parking spaces if needed & the only way to guarantee a parking spot
- The neighborhood is nice and quiet with ample of nearby stores and food trucks! It's also only a 6-10 minute drive to the Maple Grove area where there are Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Costco, REI, Homegoods, etc
First off I just wanted to say that Tyler Heid made the whole process so easy for me to sign with Ironwood Apartments. At the time I lived 40 minutes away and needed to find an apartment around this area fast, so you can imagine how hard it was to find an apartment when you live far + working around the clock + needing all your questions answered on the same day to make a final decision. I had a phenomenal experience with Tyler when touring. Tyler was very prompt & on-time - something I value and appreciate most. He answered all my questions from the beginning to the end of me signing my lease. Tyler did such an awesome job overall that when I toured other apartments nearby, I was left with only wanting to sign a lease with Ironwood Apartments. I can truly say I didn't get the same quality of service as I did when I toured with other apartment complexes. The experience I had with Tyler spoke volumes to me and it was a no brainer to sign with Ironwood Apartments!”
“I have lived at the Carrick for 6 months and have loved it! Christian Carlson, the property manager, is extremely helpful and efficient. He always responds to my emails in a timely matter. In addition, maintenance has completed our requests timely. Also, the property is extremely nice and good amenities. There are a few restaurants and coffee shops a 30 second walk away. Also, the regional trail is close by and you can walk to downtown Excelsior in 30 minutes. Overall, a great experience living here.”
“Awesome well kept building , I recommend to anyone who’s looking I’ve never had a maintenance issue but they come and do unit inspections to keep it well taken care of. The office is always reachable & polite . I love my apartment it’s convenient and great first apartment for me and any one else.”
“Our heat went out in our apartment tonight during this freezing temperatures. Called the emergency maintenance number and within 20 minutes James came and fixed it. He'll come back Monday to make sure it's working perfectly. He was a extremely Pleasant and knowledgeable person. He needs a raise. Thank you James”

I recently upgraded from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom apartment, and the transition was seamless. The new building management team, Ashley and Grace, have been exceptional throughout my time here. “I have lived at Ogilvie Sqr Apts for 15 years & I've had no real complaints. Have never had a problem with maintenance, when I put in a request for a sink drain issue it was taken care of promptly, when I had no heat because of plugged boiler pipes they handled that in relatively reasonable time & while waiting, space heater was brought in. My only disappointment was when I requested new carpeting I was turned down. My carpet was approximately 18 yrs old. Well I borrowed the money from my brother & now have new carpet.. it's 2 months old now & the Company that does our buildings carpeting is the Company I used. Maintenance here set me up with them so it was the proper carpet that's used for all the apts. I would be tickled if Cepco would be kind enough to reimburse me by reduced rent for a few months so I could get my brother paid back.”
“Moved in 8 months ago and absolutely love it. New appliances, beautiful hardwood floors in kitchen and dining room. Anytime I have a friend over for the first time they comment on how nice and lovely my apartment is! They can be a bit slow to respond to maintenance requests that are non-urgent, but after more than one message will send someone out promptly. I’ve lived in a number of any apartments and this has been the best one by far. No major issues at all, and it’s super quiet here.”
“I loved living at the Camerata and was a resident for almost 2 years. We lived in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment on the second floor and paid about $1900 monthly total for one car underground and pet rent from 2021-2023. Maintenance was quick to respond (they live in Hoigaard Village too), rent felt fair, and the amenities were great. It was nice that all amenities at all buildings were accessible to any resident. The underground parking was awesome, even though sometimes there’s trouble with the fob system. The pool at the Camerata can get really busy and parties happen during the summer but everyone is friendly and inviting. Management changed hands while we were there but Kelly was there the whole time we were, and she was lovely to work with. I recommend living here to friends & family who are looking in the area. You’ll love it here.Pro tip: moving takes a LOT of effort in these buildings because they’re so big (especially the Camerata), so hire movers. You will absolutely get your money’s worth.”
“Me and my husband lived here for almost three years. We just recently moved out after buying our first home. We would highly recommend. Cannot beat the location! We loved being able to take our dog on walks around the ample walking paths right outside our door. It is surrounded by all the grocery stores one would need along with being surrounded by amazing food! Park Tavern, Wok in the Park, Mexican City Cafe, Britos Burrito, Ariana Kabob & Gyro, and Angel Food were among our favorites and all were within walking distance or a short few minute drive. Our place was just what we needed. Having a garage is so nice that many apartments in the area don't provide. Overall such a great experience and would highly recommend this complex to anyone!”
