“I was recently at Excelsior Grand helping my daughter move in and the staff was wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and very helpful (Britni especially)! This is a great location, too! Highly recommend!”
“The Property Manager, Patti and Asst. Property Manager, Leisa were exceptional in describing the features of 1700 and made us feel like we would be joining a new home. They were a big reason why we chose to live there.”
“My family relocated from out of state to Minnesota in April 2025. After nearly 6 months, I can confidently say that The Carrick is the most charming property in a relatively quiet and distinctly quaint area…close to the largest lake system in the twin cities and accessible to countless amenities. The community has an excellent layout with two buildings - townhouses on the first 2 levels and apartments above. The townhomes are well constructed, and have premium appliances, even speed ovens! If you know, you know! The thing that sets the Carrick apart and takes it into solid 5 star territory, however, is the property manager, Christian. If you read the other reviews, you will see that I am not the only person who noticed that Christian is key to the living experience here. Christian is genuinely kind, straightforward, honest, and authentic with endless patience and high standards. Like any rental property, there are issues from time to time, the difference is that as a tenant you will always have a voice. Concerns are addressed swiftly and effectively. Christian is very keen on keeping the property up to the very highest standards. After renting for over a decade in New York City and other parts of the country, I can say that I have never lived in a community that is better managed. We also have wonderful neighbors and we have made many friends here. I personally don’t think there is a better property in the Twin Cities area. I highly recommend the Carrick! PS, did I mention that we have a Hazelwood food and drink on property?! :-)”
“I absolutely love living at Ironwood. Definitely one of the best places that I’ve lived. Management and maintenance are amazing. The property is very nice inside and out. My experience has been pretty great, not one complaint.”
“Awesome well kept building , I recommend to anyone who’s looking I’ve never had a maintenance issue but they come and do unit inspections to keep it well taken care of. The office is always reachable & polite . I love my apartment it’s convenient and great first apartment for me and any one else.”
“Our heat went out in our apartment tonight during this freezing temperatures. Called the emergency maintenance number and within 20 minutes James came and fixed it. He'll come back Monday to make sure it's working perfectly. He was a extremely Pleasant and knowledgeable person. He needs a raise. Thank you James”
“My daughter and I enjoy living at
Wayzata Lake Apartments.?
Recent work order was done fast and efficient.
Not all superheroes wear capes.
Thank you, Julie! and the Wayzata Lake Crew!?”
“This is a community not an apartment complex. Im so happy to call the Foundry my home. I love the staff. Molly, Cat and Will do a great job and keep and keep an open line of communication. The building is well built and maintained. The residents are so friendly! I love living at the Foundry.”
“I have lived at the Stax apartment complex in Long Lake, MN, since they opened in 2023, and my experience has been fantastic. I recently upgraded from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom apartment, and the transition was seamless. The new building management team, Ashley and Grace, have been exceptional throughout my time here. They are incredibly kind and always ready to help. Whether it's a question or an issue, they respond promptly and handle everything swiftly. Their dedication to ensuring residents have a positive living experience is truly commendable. I highly recommend Stax for anyone looking for a great place to live with outstanding management.”
“As always the Be @ Axon Maintenance team completed our request quickly and with the upmost professionalism! Shout out to Pascual for coming in and getting our sink fixed quick/quiet while I was working in the other room! Thank you to Mark and his amazing team of maintenance professionals for always taking care of us!”
“The staff (APM, PM, Maintenance staff, custodial staff) all are Amazing! Professional, courteous, respectful, and always do their best to be supportive. If I could, I would absolutely stay here forever!! To anyone new, this is the best location, it is clean and pet-friendly! Highly recommend it!!”
“I’ve been here since 2020. Since new management Skyline have taken over, everything has gotten so much better. Maintenance request are handled much more promptly. They were even able to update my apartment while still living here!”
“I lived here a little over a year, and I'm giving this place a solid 5 because it is so affordable and really is a great value. By affordable, I mean actually really affordable. $1100/ mo for a 2 bedroom. In Osseo. For the area, that is amazing.
You're right in Osseo, so you're right next to everything. Short drive to Maple Grove, Champlin, freeway access, parks, shopping. Osseo even has a little grocery store. It's a superb location.
The community is diverse, and there's a really strong sense of community among the long-time residents. Some of these people have lived there decades, and one person's lived there since childhood.
These are older buildings, and so there's just going to be some issues there, but any time there was something wrong in my unit maintenance was extremely responsive, fixing it usually within a day or so.
There are some expected issues with such a small price tag. There's trash littering the grounds, and the neighboring complex of gray buildings add to this with their overflowing dumpsters. The common areas of the building I lived in are filthy. There's some noise issues from people's stereos/TVs and playing loud music in their cars. This tended to be newer residents who stopped the first time someone called the cops. There's some issues with the parking lots overcrowding and people letting their friends store their cars there. They don't allow pets, but they do allow smoking. You can smell it in the hallways of the buildings, but my unit mostly stayed pretty odor free.
The cops seemed to patrol the area a lot, but there was relatively little crime that I'm aware of, and it's definitely a safe place to walk around by yourself at night.
One thing I would advise is that if you have frequent insomnia or are a really light sleeper, you might want to make sure you're on the 3rd floor or consider other options because of how much the floors squeak. I would have probably stayed another year or two if it hadn't been for this issue.”
“We love it here! The people are very friendly and easy to get to know. People here are willing to help each other. Our manager is very nice and helpful. If she doesn’t know the answer she find out for you?”
“I had a great tour from Rania who went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. The apartment complex was incredibly clean and maintained and am excited to hopefully sign a lease with Talo ?”
“I have lived at Ogilvie Sqr Apts for 15 years & I've had no real complaints. Have never had a problem with maintenance, when I put in a request for a sink drain issue it was taken care of promptly, when I had no heat because of plugged boiler pipes they handled that in relatively reasonable time & while waiting, space heater was brought in. My only disappointment was when I requested new carpeting I was turned down. My carpet was approximately 18 yrs old. Well I borrowed the money from my brother & now have new carpet.. it's 2 months old now & the Company that does our buildings carpeting is the Company I used. Maintenance here set me up with them so it was the proper carpet that's used for all the apts. I would be tickled if Cepco would be kind enough to reimburse me by reduced rent for a few months so I could get my brother paid back.”
“I've lived here for over 3 years now. The apartment does exactly what it needs to. The price is very affordable and cozy. The thing Bay Pointe does that sets them apart is they are very fast at repairing any issues that arise. It can be as quick a few hours after the request is sent. I've had nothing but positive experiences with Bay Pointe!”
“I loved living at the Camerata and was a resident for almost 2 years. We lived in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment on the second floor and paid about $1900 monthly total for one car underground and pet rent from 2021-2023. Maintenance was quick to respond (they live in Hoigaard Village too), rent felt fair, and the amenities were great. It was nice that all amenities at all buildings were accessible to any resident. The underground parking was awesome, even though sometimes there’s trouble with the fob system. The pool at the Camerata can get really busy and parties happen during the summer but everyone is friendly and inviting. Management changed hands while we were there but Kelly was there the whole time we were, and she was lovely to work with. I recommend living here to friends & family who are looking in the area. You’ll love it here.Pro tip: moving takes a LOT of effort in these buildings because they’re so big (especially the Camerata), so hire movers. You will absolutely get your money’s worth.”
“Me and my husband lived here for almost three years. We just recently moved out after buying our first home. We would highly recommend. Cannot beat the location! We loved being able to take our dog on walks around the ample walking paths right outside our door. It is surrounded by all the grocery stores one would need along with being surrounded by amazing food! Park Tavern, Wok in the Park, Mexican City Cafe, Britos Burrito, Ariana Kabob & Gyro, and Angel Food were among our favorites and all were within walking distance or a short few minute drive. Our place was just what we needed. Having a garage is so nice that many apartments in the area don't provide. Overall such a great experience and would highly recommend this complex to anyone!”
“Cierra was absolutely welcoming !! She was very detailed with information. Kind and understanding with my timeline to move in . I hope to have great years living here .”
“Used to live there almost all of my life. So many good memories. The past 10 years have been pretty decent but not much activity. Very competitive prices for first time renters so don’t sleep on that.”
“This place has turned around a lot and has helped my living accommodation. While there may be troublesome neighbors they have worked hard to keep the good folk around.”
“I've lived at Vicksburg Village for over a year now, and what sets this community apart is the unparalleled maintenance team and top-tier leasing management.
Any time I've submitted a maintenance request — whether it's a water heater issue or a broken appliance — the response has been incredibly fast, often within the same day. The maintenance crew is not only quick but also professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. It’s rare to find such consistent, high-quality service.
Equally impressive is the leasing office staff. From the moment I toured the property, the team was warm, transparent, and helpful. They’ve continued to go above and beyond to support residents — whether it's helping with package deliveries, lease questions, or just being a friendly face in the office. It’s clear they genuinely care about the community.”
