I brought it to Austin based on a friend's reco and he did a diagnostic - he was so kind and thoughtful in his explanation of what was wrong with the device so I actually understood the issue.Though the drive was truly beyond repair without sending it out to a company who could replace such intricate parts (heading toward the higher end of pricing), Austin tried everything he could to resolve or pull any possible data for me. This drive held some important files and in a stressful time period, he instilled a lot of trust and made me feel like he was looking out for me.I HIGHLY recommend Austin and will definitely be going to him for any future issues!”
