You could walk into their store knowing nothing about computers and walk out with the know-how and parts to build your own computer from scratch.The only thing I don't like about them is that they offer specific quality products, but not necessarily the most affordable options. That said, I had some anoying crashes after a couple months and had to have the computer diagnosed. They charged me $40 for it, which bummed me out, but it turned out to be an outdated bios/windows issue. They gave me a detailed report showing all my components were still good.”
