Positives---Location, comfy beds, freshly baked cookies in front lobby. Two pools on site, hot whirlpool. Friendly staff, Kelly Mc is excellent and clearly enjoys working with people.Concerns: Secondary outside doors not locked at night, no towels in pool area, no phone in room, customer service is by text. This would concern me if I were an elderly traveler who didn't have or know how to use a cell phone. No clock in the room or the pool area. Breakfast worker did not speak English, not his fault at all,. He needs an English speaking co-worker or mentor. Breakfast fruit featured apples only. No yogurt available.Bottom Line: The stay was good. There are many competitive options nearby that I will likely use in the future.Rooms: Room with king bed was spacious, and comfortable. Nice rain-type shower with nice bathroom products, hair dryer, ironing board and iron.Safety: Right off the freeway, easy to get to. Plenty of parking. No traffic noise, although there was significant noise from other guests.Walkability: You walk to your car, that is it. You need to drive or get an Uber to get anywhere.

This hotel is nothing like the photos. Dirty, paint peeling, staff is unidentifiable as housekeeping wears no uniforms or badges. Elevator was sketchy and nothing was replenished as it should've been. Breakfast was sorry and rooms were old and needed updating. Floor in my room had what seemed to be a hole under the rug and paint on the ceiling was peeling. There was no shower curtain in my room so I went downstairs to inquire and the guy at the front desk handed it to me to hang myself. I can't blame him as he was the only employee and had to handle the desk and phones. Breakfast area was dirty and the front area had a plastic display where cookies obviously were at one time but it remained dirty and empty for the three days that we were there. Do not recommend AT ALL!

We stayed here a couple years ago and it was decent. Now it’s a dump. The first room they gave us looked like someone lived there for a week and never cleaned it. The second room while better was still gross. It’s unfortunate because the restaurant next door is great, hotel not so much. Avoid.

I’m not sure how some people gave this hotel a 5/5 or a 10/10. Hotel is dirty and nothing worked. It’s been so far the worst Country Inn and Suites I’ve ever stayed in. Seriously don’t stay here.Rooms: Beds were uncomfortable and rooms were dirty.

The pictures on the internet look amazing, but things were not. The rooms were very small, compared to the photos and looked like the carpet had not been vacuumed in a long time. The heat vent in the room did not work well. It either felt like 100 degrees or freezing. I was up all night trying to adjust the heat trying to figure out where a comfortable was, but did not succeed. The beds were not comfortable and the white comforters on top was dirty. I wish I would’ve asked to change rooms. One cool thing is that the hotel has is two separate areas that has a pool and hot tub (north and south side of the hotel), however the hot tub didn’t have the jets working and the pool was freezing. On the other side, the pool wasn’t in service .I have stayed at several hotels including several country inn and suites and loved each experience except for this time. I would never stay here again.Rooms: Not clean, the beds were not at all comfortable, the heat vent did not work properly and the refrigerator worked but every time I’d open it most of the contents I put in it fell out. I’m guessing because the dresser/stand that it’s in, is falling apart? I couldn’t figure out how to fix the issue for the two nights I was there.

Why are hotels not giving full sized pillows anymore??? My neck hurts now. We got a king room but the pillows were as small and lumpy as square throw pillows for a sofa. Receptionist was friendly, but room smelled like a heavy cigarette smoke. I won’t be asking for a refund because if they can’t afford a standard size pillow then I don’t want to hurt the company even more ?

I fixed their toilet from constantly running. Breakfast was not the greatest.

Absolutely filthy. Terrible experience here. Floor in the room was so dirty. Hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Hair on beds, black specs, everything was dusty, bathroom was filthy. Whole room smelled musty. Hotel is in very bad condition. Do not stay here. You will deeply regret it and you may end up with a disease. Do not stay here!!!

I stayed for New Year's Eve. I checked out a day early and I'm looking to be refunded but I would not recommend this. They didn't have no housekeepers. No one wanted to show up to work. The front desk was nice but the hotel is nasty. It is filthy. The carpet is old is coming up the toilet ran all night, they need to mop the pool area was not clean. I don't know why no one came to help clean. If no one showed up it's flu season it's Covid season. I am so upset. I am currently in the car going home. It was a waste of my money. The front desk was really nice but it's unfortunate that they don't have housekeepers and I don't understand why Head managers are supervisors step in to do the work that hotel is filthy. I was so uncomfortable I left and here's pictures. Pool area was not clean. And when I told staff, they just was like OK above my pay rate The stairs were filthy. They need to be swept all of the rugs. The floors are stinky I would never stay here again and I'm praying that I get refunded because I only stayed a night and then I decided to leave at 5:30 in the evening. I am currently waiting for them to expedite my refund. It is really hard to get a hold of anyone in this establish

I will never in my life stay at this location again. The pictures on choice hotel were so nice. Very much the opposite of what it’s like to stay there. You walk into the hotel and instant shock kicks in. The minute you walk in to the building you are hit in the face with the smell of cigarette smoke even though it’s a smoke free building. Guy at the desk was nice and checkin was fast. We get the keys to room and start walking to the room and the father we walked down the hall to our room the smell of weed is getting stronger. We get into the room and it’s nasty. Nothing is clean the bed looks like it had just gotten slept in. Hair and dirt around the bed, nightstands not wiped down, fridge and microwave area not wiped down or clean by any measure, bathroom was not clean dirty toilet, mirror, walls, and floors. The carpet looks like they didn’t even run the vacuum in the room. Tile had not been swept. The worst part is the laziness of whoever cleaned the room. We get in the room and they have a washcloth covering the smoke alarm. They couldn’t be bothered to remove it. The cleanliness of the room concerned me so much I didn’t walk around the room without my shoes and I slept fully dressed. The property is not smoke free like they claim. Then all through the night you hear random noise. We should have left but it was already 2am in the morning we were so tired from the drive and just felt with it but next time we I’ll stay away from country inns

Noteworthy details: Love the hot tub. Breakfast is always fresh and ready. Rooms are just fine for my needs. I stay at Country Inns wherever I can.

The room was nice. The front desk seemed very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is standard. The restaurant next door is good but pricey. I would recommend avoiding room 140. The south doorway, elevator, fitness room, and hallway all merge and echo together right outside your door. The south doorway also shares a wall with room and makes a lot of banging noise.Rooms: I recommend avoiding room 140 because it's at a corner that has a lot of doors, walkway, and echos.

As I researched a stay for a client, I came across Country Inn's advertisement. My Client wanted a hot tub but when going to book their trip it wasn't in the amenities toward completion of the booking. I called and spoke to a Latrell who says "yes there are hot tubs, let me check", when asked why he had to "check" after advising they did he left me on a silent hold while listening to him breathe. PLEASE hire people who care, I'll take my client to another establishment!!!
