My go to grocery store!

I visited this location on, 3/29/24 and when I went to check out there was a slight problem with my EBT PROVIDER’S card. Had to swipe a couple times to get it to work. On 3/30/24 I visited the store again, to ultimately use my card that was declined about 10 times. I tried credit and debit about 5 different times before asking for help at the self checkout. The customer service lady took me to the same register that I had problems with the day before. It declined twice after she attempted to get it to work on the first register. She noticed the same declined RED words across the screen. So she cancelled the transaction, and had me rang at a live checkout, it declines again. I stated I had over $700 on my provider card. I had to use a credit card to purchase my items I had gotten for Easter dinner. Went home, tried calling support they were closed. What I was able to do was transfer money from my provider card, that let me know there was nothing wrong with my card CUB FOODS this location has a problem with the EBT PROVIDER CARDS, just glad they didn’t cause it to lock up on me during the holiday weekend. But NOTE, in my eyes the PROVIDER CARD isn’t acceptable at this location. I find this to be a BIG PROBLEM!!! Provider cards have a Mastercard logo!!!

Noticed some changes and love it! Friendly cashiers. Store looks good, even while under remodeling.

It's dark inside to me. I try not to go to this cub much. The employees are not friendly at all. And you can't always find someone for help.

Recently sold from Haug Companies to Jerry's(some time during Summer 2023). The quality of the produce section has fallen off a cliff, and well over half the staff, almost all of which has been there for 5+ years, is now gone. Plus, the $5.49 chicken tender lunch deal is now $6.99. I used to get groceries there on a daily basis; I now choose to go elsewhere.

I stood in a line 11 people deep because there is only 1 register open at 4pm on a weekday. In the over 20 minutes I waited just to check out, they couldn't be bothered to open just 1 more register. The service center here has also been closed for over a year. Protip for Cub: Pay a living wage and you'll have employees to actually staff your store.

Nice staff, good products. Pharmacy let me down. Prescription not ready when promised. No phone call.

Amazing produce selection and the quality of food never disappoints, but the cub could use some renovations

Stopped by this Cub location to buy some state fair tickets but the customer service desk was closed due to staffing shortages. Sigh. While I was standing there contemplating, I noticed the lottery vending machine. Crossing my fingers I have that $1.5 billion ticket.

Great store, lots of variety! Recently got the Old Home Foods cottage cheese from here and it was delicious! Can't wait to try some of their other products.

One of the few restaurant options left in grocery stores these days, this place really focuses in on a great deli! It’s food that is fast, not fast food.

On more than one occasion I shopped there and had absolutely no interaction with the cashiers. I said hello and I said thank you but they look at me like I have three heads.
