Completely inept and borderline fraudulant. I ordered a photo magnet online and received confirmation that my order was received. A week later after not hearing whether my order was complete, I went in \u0026 saw the photo, but they said they ran out of magnet paper the photo gets attached too. They promised they would send confirmation once it was complete within the next week or so. That never happened. 3 more weeks went by when a 2nd time I went in to check on my order when they said they threw all the photos away because they changed policy to make the photo magnets once the customer comes in. Unbelievable how they threw me under the bus.

Terrible service from pharmacy. Employee attitude is at a consistent low. You are at the mercy of the. They are extremely rude and disrespectful.Update. This past 10 days have been a nightmare for me with CVS. The HWY 101 and 55 location are once again just rotten. I have a prescription that I need to take every day and I always make sure that I get them the script from my doctor so I don't have to worry about them dropping the ball. This was supposed to be refilled on Thursday of last week and did not get refilled until Monday. I called them finally and they said that they don't have enough to fill. I had to practically scream before they agreed to a partial fill. This happens EVERY MONTH! Because I cannot drive I rely on someone else to pickup and it was 5 times to get 5 refills. Again, in a 10 day period. What? I don't want to talk to the staff because this issue should be addressed by management and they conveniently move those people around. I really want to talk to someone at regional or corporate because this is so unacceptable. Never should happen more than once and it just continues and they don't seem to care.

I called this pharmacy to see if they had an over the counter medicine that I needed. the gentleman who answered the phone checked and found that they had one left. I said I'd be in when I could to get it. He suggested that they store it by the register. I came to get it about an hour later. I was warmly welcomed when I walked in. The medicine was waiting for me and I was able to pay for it and leave right away. I really appreciated the extra effort so I wasted no time looking for it. Ii'll be back.

I only go here for small things, as my house is only a minute away. I returned some sunscreen here today because it gave me an allergic reaction. As I was returning it, the cashier said "did you open this?" I replied, "yes, it gave me an allergic reaction though." In a really snarky tone she said, "once you open this you know we can't resell it, right?" ...okay? What would you like me to do, keep using it? I hardly ever return things unless this type of scenario happens. I was still kind and thanked her, and she just responded "mhmm." First of all, everything at CVS is overpriced anyways- it's worth it to make the 5 minute extra drive to the ridgedale target to save some money, especially if this is how CVS employee's treat their customers. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Please work on your employee's attitudes. This was completely out of my control.

I have never realized how a good pharmacist can make such a difference. She is amazing, always taking the extra time to make sure I am comfortable with new medications, side effects etc. Much more than a just picking up medications, but providing care that is hard to find at pharmacies these days

This smaller store is consistently better stocked than the larger one up the road. Many times I have gone to the larger store first looking for common OTC meds that I need, to find that they don't have it in stock. I then come down to this smaller store and find it in stock here. This store is also generally easier to get in and out of by car; the forced traffic flow at the larger store is more than a bit inconvenient. If you're looking to use your CVS coupons on OTC meds, come to this store first. If they don't have your meds in stock here you probably won't find them at the other store either.

Understaffed with immature, lazy "pharmacists" that when asked to perform their jobs at the bare minimum required, simply cannot without passive-aggressive idiocy. Warning! They do not know how to portion medicine logically. Worst CVS ever. Bring back the gas station.

I thought Walgreen's in Wayzata was bad for calling in and picking up prescriptions. In terms of bad, they don't hold a candle to this place. Our Dr's office tried multiple times to send a prescription and they never received it. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Their pharmacy is so understaffed it’s disturbing that they still have a license. They literally have one person on staff.

Everything I was excited about not included... NOT 24 hours, NO minute clinic, DOES NOT take medical assistance. Also a TINY store and staff rarely at the register (have to go searching for someone to check you out).
