Was on hold for 10 mins only for the pharmacist to pick up and cut the call without saying anything. Also, had to go back to get medicine mixed as they forgot to mix it. Also, looks like they gave me a 30 day supply instead of 90 day supply. Switching soon, this is the worst pharmacy I have ever shopped at.Update: I went to the Pharmacy and they added the remaining tablets for me. They are understaffed, hopefully corporate gets their priorities straight.

Usually love this pharmacy but they are now dropping the ball I have been hung up on not once but three times trying to call the pharmacy. They are actually just picking up the phone and hanging it up…. Unbelievable

Worst cvs pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Under staffed, slow, often have to wait 10+ minutes to get medicine. Choose another cvs!

The pharmacy drive thru is always closed, forcing you to stand next to all the people waiting to be seen by the doctors at minute clinic. And line inside is incredibly long. You can hear the phone ringing off the hook and the poor pharmacy workers are working as fast as they can. CVS is mismanaging the demand on their employees.

The pharmacy sure makes it impossible to get ahold of the team, was on hold for many minutes before was hung up on. Multiple times in a row. What a waste of time for anyone, let alone a mom with 3 young kids...

Drive through pharmacy is never open and in store wait is atrocious for basic Rx pickup. Everytime I come here it’s just a little worse than before. This used to be my go-to but will be looking for alternatives

Drive up pharmacy pick up was a terrible experience from a lady clerk. I was texted saying my prescriptions were ready, then when I got there she said my pain medication wasn't ready. I asked if I could pull over and wait for it and she acted like I was a complete idiot by saying "why would you wait for a prescription that I have no idea when it's going to be done? I'd never do that!" She wouldn't even ask the pharmacist! I reported incident to CVS corporate and they said they would be having "discussions" with all involved. As if that does any good!! I'm disabled so it's not like I can just get out and drive any day and time I want to! That lady did not care! I hope they don't ever have to experience a painful condition like I do and someone won't give them their pain medication for a whole other day! That was disgusting what she did to me.

Please update hours in the app and on google maps. They’re wrong and I’m annoyed that I drove to the store thinking it was open. Thank goodness there’s a Walgreens on Vicksburg that’s open till 10 like the CVS is supposed to be.

If your store hours online & on your automated phone system say the front store is open until 10pm & you’re not, GET IT CHANGED!! I just drove 20 min to get here for an online pickup order & the guy is locking the door at 9:05 pm. It doesn’t really help me to see the sign by your front door saying you close at 9pm does it. That’s 40 min & gas money I can’t get back.

Ridiculously slow pharmacy team. They do a lot of 'busy work' but it's clear to me that in-person customers are a lower priority.

CVS is a pharmacy so if the store is open the pharmacy should be open. You’re right across from an urgent care that writes prescription until 8 yet you close at 7. Awful customer service.

Tried to use their photo kiosks to print pictures. They require you to connect to the kiosk wifi, not bluetooth...wifi...which, doesn't work. If you try the work around of using the kiosks website, it tells you to use the kiosks wifi. Try the third option of connecting my phone via cable, but the cable is for iPhone or the micro SD. So, after 30 minutes of wasted time I will now simply order prints from Google. CVS - if you aren't going to upkeep or upgrade these machines then just don't have them.

Typical CVS, except for the fact that there's ZERO public garbages inside or outside the store. Go ahead and try to find one. Apparently that's too much of a burden for this CVS.
