I was in today (11/4, 2PM). I was having an asthma attack, and didn’t have an inhaler. I asked at the medical counter for an epinephrine inhaler. They are sold OTC at all major retailers. Even Target has them.
The attendant told me I was wrong, epinephrine was not offered in inhalers, I didn’t know what was talking about etc. He was dismissive and not helpful DURING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY. I eventually found them in the allergy section.
Super unprofessional. I didn’t get his name because I was busy struggling to breathe. Check the cameras and do some retraining. I wish I had time to report him in store, but my boss drove me and we had to get back to work. I’ll never shop at CVS again

Staff couldn't be more attentive. I have used the Pharmacy many times, prescriptions, vacines, misc., service has always been very good.

Store and pharmacy staff are always friendly and helpful. I do wish the pharmacy had slightly longer hours, but it’s a slightly smaller cvs. I moved from the Wayzata Walgreens which was always a mess with high wait times at the pharmacy.

In my entire life I never had an experience of needle coming out and getting poked & scraping skin mistakenly for a single flu shot nor ever heard of this from anyone.
This happened to my 4 yo daughter. The person was highly incompetent and seemed for comfortable handling injections.
She never was scared nor ever cried of a shot before. Now she’s anxious about injections.
Wouldn’t trust to come to CVS for clinical needs. Doesn’t seem like they screen before hiring.

went to the pharmacy department to fill a prescription with my insurance card and was quoted a very high price.they told me if I didnt like it I was to contact my insurance company.I told them I already had and the price was 20 dollars.they told me 348.00.They told me I had the wrong insurance card and it was the wrong number even after I contacted the insurance company and verified everything was correct.If this pharmacist cant put in the right numbers off my insurance card I certainly dont want him filling my prescriptions.He treated me very rudely and I wont go back their again.

Worse pharmacy ever” twice now they have been out of stock of my pills! My doctor approved my pills” and lack of commucation with this pharmacy” I'm done with this issues I'm switching to a different pharmacy! I need my pills! Goodbye CVS!
