Dollar Tree stores tend to be understaffed, lacking in stock, and have messy aisles. This particular store was well kept and well-stocked.

HORRIBLE LOCATION. Every employee i have came across was rude. I had to do a multiple orders and the cashier Elliot was rudely disgusting. Including the Manager Debra. Both Have horrible customer service and should not work in a job that requires such. I will never be attending this location again and i hope someone in a higher position see’s this and they both are fired.

Overall you can't beat it, I love to go here for a drinks, whether to drink packets, energy drinks, or iced coffee. Also if you want to get some snacks or candy on the go bring it to the movie theater save some money this is the way to do it. Often seasonally there's good stuff to check out before you go to the big box stores like Target or Walmart. Mainly cuz you can get the same school supplies, or dishware, or even cleaning supplies at a way lower cost. Now if you're really particular about a brand or if you need a certain something then yeah it's probably not going to work. But if you just don't care and want to save some cash well look no further.
The hours can be a little sketchy while at least they were during COVID but lately it's been open as advertised and the people there are very friendly. The lines are never that long and we're all pretty chill place to be.

I usually dread having to go to a Dollartree store because they’re almost always so disorganized and dirty. But I was so impressed when I went to this Dollartree store on Berkshire Lane. It is spotless clean and the products are well organized on the shelves. I met Daniel at the register and I told him how impressed I was and asked him who was responsible for keeping this place so immaculate. He told me he does it himself. I let him know how very rare it is to find a Dollartree store that is this clean and organized. Daniel, as a customer I want to let you know how much I appreciate it. I hope management sees this review and acts accordingly to reward you for your excellence and dedication.

So there are pros and cons they didn’t have very many variations of makeup or hair or skin care and other stuff like that but they could use a little bit of organizing and they need a little more variation of their stuff. Otherwise, it’s a really good place I think a little fixing up like little more organizing and Stuff like that and more like products and stuff not such a mess. I think it could be a 5 Star Pl. really

So I worked there while was homeless for almost a year work my way up to assistant manager just cuz I walked outside to get a license plate number I got fired my cash records and everything were outstanding and now I'm homeless without a job

My mother purchased 200 bucks of stuff and accidentally put it on the wrong belt(keep in mind she has fibromyalgia and has moderate difficulty with moving) and asked the cashier to help her move it to the right one but she wouldn't help her. Hence, an argument ensued and when my mom asked for her name she said Kunta Kinte(the name of a slave from a show named Roots) that pissed my mom since the cashier was of African descent and people started filming my mom which also made her mad.I am afraid that the people filming her might have the potential to destroy my mom and my family since it was recorded out of context

I purchased about 10 glass vases. I walked up to the counter, first words out of the unpleasant store employee were, "You are not getting a bag for these vases. Store policy. You can take yourself back and buy tissue paper and gift bags if you want bags or wrapped." I asked if I purchased ONE vase if I would get a bag, I was told yes. So what is the difference? I was NOT asking for them to be wrapped. I simply wanted them bagged. I also purchasd one small Easter basket-no bag for that. I had to walk my glass vases in 15 degree weather to my car in the cold in a cart. I spent $35 in the store. A bunch of stuff. I was given 2 bags. Store employees were RUDE, lacked social graces and were UNFRIENDLY! The manager was talking about an employee to the other employee. Talking about if she did not work her shift from 2-6 she was going to fire her and that she had better go to the doctor or she was going to fire her. Went on and on about how she hated thiis particular employee. SO unprofessional. Hopefully this employee that was being talked about finds herself another job! Not even knowing who she is, I already feel bad for her. I was meeting someone in Plymouth Saturday, February seventeenth. Luckily, not a location I would shop at! Buyers beware! SKIP this location if you can!

LEANN, the cashier, made a HUGE mistake (may not have been a mistake) tonight at 8:28pm (time stamp on receipt). I gave her $5 to put towards my purchase and told her I would pay the remainder on my card. She pretended she entered the $5 in cash into the system BUT it was actually put on my card. Then had me pay the remainder on my card. So I was charged twice instead of just once! I strictly remember before I left her register didn't open so she just stuck my $5 (that was NEVER accounted for) in one of the register slots.
I didn't notice the double charge until I got home. I'm glad I ALWAYS get receipts for purchases because you just never know when it might be useful! I will be out there 10 to 15 mins before they open tomorrow, Sunday, November 19, 2023 to resolve this issue. And I hope they don't try to play dumb like register #1(right by the entrance) wasn't at least $5 OVER on Saturday, November 18, 2023!!!
Because, I will take this to corporate if my problem isn't resolved at this store!!
