I just went in there on my lunch break and I had the most rude cashier in my life she made wait while she was blowing up balloons and taking a very long time . Then she ordered me to a get a tag for shower loofah that wasin ones which I had 2 other ones out there . Her response was it's bigger then I mentioned to her there was only one price for those . She instead on me going back there to find another one I said there is only one of those and then I explained that she works here so she maybe can't look it up and then she just said you don't need that anymore. I'm just going to throw out and you can't have that. That's when I just walked out because by now I'm already extremely late coming back to work and missing my appointment . This girl should not be working in customer service industry

This is one of the better stocked locations in the area. I love going and getting pork rinds. One downside is that not everything is a $1.25 anymore. Make sure you check the labels before buying.

I’m sure the people working at dollar tree don’t make nearly as much money as they should, so I want to give these workers some grace and be understanding that they may be unhappy because they’re most likely overworked and underpaid. However, the person who was working the cash register around 4pm on 4-29 is just unnecessarily rude. You can be nice, smile at her and say “hello” and she will literally scowl and ignore you while she’s checking you out. I’ve never witnessed anything like this. I don’t expect to be catered to, but at least be polite and don’t make customers feel so uncomfortable. The lady behind me also warmly said “hello, how are you today?” And she just ignored her completely. So very weird… this lady has rung me up numerous times before and she’s very rude every time. She talks on her phone while she’s checking people out, she once got upset and scolded a customer because she accidentally dropped something between the conveyor belt and the display, she’s just overall very unfriendly and driving customers away. I really hope management or the owners see this and at least stop putting her on the register.

Cashier was too busy texting to ring people up. Literaly while she's slowly scanning she's openly texting with both hands. Also had music playing out-loud. Then got a facecall and let it ring loudly. Stood in line for 20 minutes. Was only 3rd in line. The other line that was open was able to checkout 4 people in the time it took her to checkout 1. It took us longer to stand there than to walk each isle of the small store. Will not be coming back. Wasted so much of my time today for something was supposed to be quick

3 stars because they do work to keep shelves stocked and neat. I really want to give 1 star as the cashier was not only on her phone while helping at least 3 customers, she had it on speaker while the person on the other end was swearing up a storm. Answering personal calls should NOT be allowed. Absolutely unbelievable that store owners and management continue to allow such bad customer service.

Tammy is the rudest employee I’ve ever experienced. She yelled at me as I was checking out and I asked for balloons. She said, “why didn’t you say something before?! I’m the only employee here!” I wasn’t sure how that was my fault. I ended up leaving without any balloons as she was making me feel pretty uncomfortable. I left and went to party city instead. I won’t go back to this location as long as Tammy is employed. It’s a bummer as this has always been my go-to place for balloons and other party items for my kids birthdays. I never get great customer service at dollar stores but this was ridiculous.

This place is great. Just about enjoying is $1.25. if you are planning a party, you need to go here for your supplies and save aTON of money. My wife planned a great party for me for my 40th birthday and almost all decorations were from the Dollar tree. So fun.

Bought grandkids gift cards as they love to shop here for fun. Was very clean, staff was kind and looked like a normal Dollar Tree.
