“I moved into a new home with an existing theater screen. I have never had a theater previously so I reached out to multiple companies and Serenity Sound was one of the few that got back to me. Jason was here the same week to see the space and put together a few different packages so we had options on the cost of the project. Jason did a great job with our space and I would highly recommend Serenity Sound to anyone looking for an amazing theater set up! The picture and sound that we have is better than we even imagined. They even fixed our theater lighting while here without even asking! Thank you Jason and the team at Serenity Sound for the work you did!”

“They are positioned with legit workhorse solutions at a price point that opens doors to workflow speeds and quality that will outrun and outgun the competition...MPV is a dream machine...Roger led me through the whole process we crushed a small topo all the way to adding C&G linework in the office in under an hour.... Anyone in the dirt or survey biz should look seriously at this option...”

“Very helpful for sourcing used equipment. Peggy over there is VERY responsive and definitely a "go-getter" when it comes to making stuff happen and sourcing products.”

“What I observed at the Plymouth Target this morning inspired me to write my first yelp review, which is saying a lot. I was up at the front of the store and heard a commotion near the restrooms. Apparently some lady had passed out on the restroom floor, and another shopper brought it to their attention. The younger employees were not quite sure what to do, until the dark haired female manager named Deb came and took over. She was a BOSS! In short order she was in the restroom checking on the customer, had 911 called and was working to get the customer out of the locked stall. She was calm but decisive directing the young kids working on what to do, retail needs more managers with experience like her! (Yes, I was nosy and stuck around and eavesdropped to hear what was going on, I got the impression it was a drug overdose.) The woman soon came to, but sounded very belligerent and like she was giving the employees a hard time. I could not make out what she was saying, but that manager never lost her cool, was calm and spoke with authority. Very impressed by the way she represented Target, wish I would have had time to stick around and see how it ended.”

“Stopped by for some stuff. As the owner of Kickscope Marketing, I work with local businesses every day, so I probably notice customer service more than most people 😅 Friendly staff, quick service, and always clean Definitely coming back.”
