Great space, clean and easily accessible. This place stands out because of Walker Johnson who took the time to show me around the building and walk me through all the different options for what I needed. Before I went in, I was overwhelmed with moving and picking a place for storage (there are so many options and different pricing plans all around the cities). Walker took me through step by step and talked out what would be most cost effective for me and my expected timeline. If you're like me and not sure what you need check out this place and ask for Walker!

DOUBLED THE RATE WITHIN A YEAR!! STEER CLEAR!!
How as an owner do you not know your prices doubled with almost no warning??? This is not my responsibility to fix IT'S YOURS!!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THE SHADY UNETHICAL BAIT AND SWITCH EXTRA STORAGE EVER AGAIN!!

This Plymouth location of Extra Space Storage is awesome! I have been storing my things here for almost 5 years while I’m on travel assignments as a nurse, and I have never worried about my belongings for a moment. Everything is kept very clean, and the staff are always very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Thank you for such great service!

Extra Space is clean, secure, and easy to access. Reasonably priced and accommodating. Have used them for years and continue to use them both seasonally and long term

My fiance was the one who ever spoke to the staff and it sounded like they were great and worked with him when our first unit had large ductwork taking up too much space. However, the elevator and second floors musty mold smell gave me an instant headache for hours everytime I went there. Price also doubled after a few months so that was inconvenient.
