Fine if you have lots of time on your hands. Showed up at 1:55p on a Saturday. Sign on door said something like “Excuse us, will be back open at 2:30p”. Will go to the one by Ridgedale in the future where more than one employee is working. Not waiting 35 minutes!!

I had a strange experience with their assistant manager Lisa. Dropped off an express envelope at 5:02. She said it was too late to meet the 5:00 cutoff which apparently was a lie because a coworker called her out and said that the express pickup wasn’t cutoff yet. Lisa was annoyed getting caught in a lie and just said “well I want to keep my drivers happy and that’s why she wouldn’t add my envelope to the outgoing pile”. I just said “sometimes you should consider making your customers happy”. I am not sure if I was more disturbed by he lying or her flippant attitude towards her customers.

This location over charges on the box size. Even if my box is packed with no bulging, the workers always make my packages an inch bigger on every side. This adds up overtime especially if you send out larger packages regularly! Double check their work all the time...

I went their the lady that was their was rude refuse to take a package i was returning she said wasnt corre t bix how it was wrong i never know it was same box i recieved the product. I even ask could i buy a box they would ship my item in she said no walk away from me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Terrible service and horrible person at the counter. Refused to ship my package and was very rude. Didn’t want to send my package even though it was return and paid for by the company I bought the item from and she said I had to pay for a box and it said on the return no packaging or anything needed. Never go here ever

Lisa was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with when I shipped something to Chile. She was very patient with me as I confirmed some details and made it a super easy process. Great customer service :)

Regularly over charges for the smallest additional services.Imagine you go to an mechanic to get 4 new tires on your car, you are charged $600. They then tell you that they need to charge you a "Tightening Fee" for each lug nut. Then, once the wheels are tight, they charge you an "Air Fill Fee" for putting air in each tire.That is what it feels like getting anything printed here.I came in with a file to get some business cards printed off. They charge almost $10 dollars to make the card "8 to a page" which is literally 1 button click on their computer. You're already paying for a full sheet of colored printing, what is this $10 "Alteration Fee" even for? One click of the mouse? Ridiculous. I had 5 different cards to get made, so now I'm spending almost $50 dollars? Definitely not. I called my graphic designer and had them emailed to FedEx 8 to a page. Then they tried to charge me an additional $1 PER CUT that they made on the paper, charging it 5 times over even though they can cut all of them together.I worked at FedEx Office for about 3 years when I was in my 20s. This place has become a sad excuse of what it used to be.Order your business cards and other such items online for much cheaper. The only thing worth using here is the self serve printers when you're in a hurry.

I want to Thank Tyler helping me to retake my passport without eyeglasses as the prior employee who took my passport picture with eyeglasses was rejected by National Passport Agency. Tyler was very helpful & calm and understood the mistake. Thank you Tyler!

It took us three visits (my fault, not theirs) to get the order completed, but everyone at this location, on each visit, were friendly and helpful. They were all knowledgeable and helped each other out as well as me. Inaias walked me through everything I needed to do to help me complete my order to my liking. The manager completed my order and was very helpful as well. Customer service above and beyond! Thanks!!!

Poor customer service I brought in a box and I was going to tape over a few little holes in it and they wouldn't allow me to do that which is not true you can keep over a few minor holes in there and repair the hole and they wouldn't allow that and they were very unhelpful when it comes to finding a solution

Great location! I have worked with Adam and his team many times and have always had a wonderful experience. The team is knowledgable, courteous, and professional. They have been able to deliver products to me with a quick turnover rate and orders have always been accurate. Definitely a top notch store in the area.

6/23/2023. I had the best experience I’ve ever had getting passport photos with Adam the store manager. He was very friendly and helpful, double checked requirements, and took numerous photos to make sure we got a good one for both baby and me.Having several kids who needs passports and have them renewed every five years, I’ve gotten my fair share of passport photos involving babies and kids. I usually go to CVS or Walgreens and leave feeling frustrated and disgruntled to have paid money not well spent. Not this time. I will drive out of my way to get my passport photos from here as long Adam is here.
