Unfortunately not all great clips are the same I’m used to going to the one on Vinewood but unfortunately they were too busy so I decided to give this one a try and was shocked that I was in and out in 10 min while normally that’s fine with me this time around the stylist messed up my haircut left too much in front and never used the scissors just kept using the buzzer very disappointing

This location has a serious problem when your manager can't cut hair correctly not a hard cut to do mine you. Was there today ask the lady to bald fade of the side and take just a little bit of the top so I can slick it back. Now my hairs to short to slice back with out it standing up next I asked for a beard trim she did the sides and left the lip and the bulk of the goatee area. After the haircut I thought it was good because she didn't even try to slick it back so I did when I got home and out the shower and now i got to fix this I will never come back to this location

I went in today for my daughters hair who had a really bad knot in her hair. EMILY was very patient and kind to my daughter. I am not sure the other stylist would have had the same patients as Emily as I saw the looks she was given. Emily is a blessing to great clips and I will come back to see her. My daughter has been smiling ever since we left on how happy she is with her hair. I owe a big thank you to Emily.

Myself and my son are going to great clips for years, this is the first in this location. I had the worst experience today. I would not recommend this place for any kids. I took my 7 year old for a hair cut. The stylist was very rude and my son got injured after the haircut. I understand accidents happens, but worst part is the stylist didn’t even react after making a cut on my son’s neck. No apology, she just acted as if nothing happened to the kid. It was very painful for my son. Please DO NOT take your kids to this great clips. I’m giving 0 stars for this location.

Good haircut but they don’t clean their tools between clients, which is downright nasty. The lady finished cutting someone’s hair, lightly brushed off her electric razor (there was still hair on it), called me back and started giving me my haircut with it.
