“Cool store. Smaller collection but some nice silver rounds and very cool pens and other collectibles. He took the time to chat with me and explain some things including the frenzy in the metals markets. Very low premiums over spot as well. I’ll be back. Thanks!”
“Had the nicest experience at this location today. Was looking for an item that was not on the shelf and one of the employees (Kennedy) went in the back and grabbed the items i was looking for. This is above and beyond good service and this employee along with a few others seemed very kind and couldn't of been nicer. I would recommend this location above some of the others i have visited without a doubt. You are great! Thank you”
“2 specific associates at approximately 11am were unhelpful.
The reason why I put four stars is because of the young lady named Rachel, the only store associate who was helpful. I noticed her assisting other guests and she was helpful and walked each guests to the aisle they needed to be. She was polite and offered more assistance if needed. She deserves recognition.”

“Top-notch service and knowledge about all sorts of pens and rare coins. I was blown away by the attentiveness to detail and personalized care that provided relief to my problem. In highlighting my experience, I was welcomed with professionalism and care. While the best part was the renewed sense of gratitude leaving the store after my pen problem was fixed. Thanks Mike for helping me with my problem.”
