Michelle needs to be in the back somewhere, because she is not meant for customer service in the front. Very unhappy person.

This store has really gone down. They are rude to customers. Cashiers don't even say hi. Then they allow people to park in front of the store but that's the driveway and you cant even get in.It's terrible, I won't be going back

Only pump #13 works with entering Cub reward phone number. Don’t waste your time on every other pump

It sucked. My tires are nearly flat and every single holiday is in a state of pure decay and offers no air or water for customer cars.I wont be back.

If you are going to make people pre pay it should be an automatic that you are given a receipt at pump. Just bad planning.

Website says it is open 24/7. Arrived at 8 pm and saw several people walk up to a closed door, darkness inside and walk away. No note on the door. Very disrespectful to customers. According to many other reviewers this is a common and well known problem. Can’t even imagine how much business this place has lost as a result. Literally dozens of other options in the area. If this is how they treat customers I can see why they don’t have enough staff to fill shifts. They must treat their employees just as poorly. There’s a book called “A complaint is a gift” for businesses but I think it’d be lost on these folks. I’d discuss karma but I think the same thing would happen. Nothing.

Closes at 6pm - which is ridiculous. People are barely off work. Staff is unhelpful and rude. With 30 gas stations nearby to choose from I won’t be back here.

This is a really bad managed holiday.. service is never really great and employees always on the phone when in front of customers?

Terrible experience. Went to store and only 1 person was there. It looked like the manager had his whole family there. It was kids behind the register running around too. Seemed like a daycare more than a convenience store!!

I’ve been here many times, it’s our neighborhood Holiday Station, but it’s during Covid right now, so be aware it’s no longer a 24 hr store!! Sadly?

Would be nice for the hours to be updated on here that they’re closed 12-5 am. Just a thought

Not sure if it's an employee but someone is just chilling outside. The store is locked up and no one is inside. It's looking pretty dead for a 24 hours gas station. ?

So I'm standing in line and the gentleman ahead of me got something he needed to be carded for. When the customer handed him the ID, the cashier said "I appreciate you" and that was so wholesome. To top it all off; my Google pay wouldn't work, manual card entry didn't work, no cash. I go to put everything back and the cashier says: "Don't worry man, I got it for you everyone has those kind of days." I wrote my name down so he could Facebook me later and I could pay him back, he responds with " "I'm not on Facebook, and don't worry about it" I mean it was only 4 bucks but the entirety of it all that mattered. Store was clean, register area was free of clutter, store layout makes sense and found everything instantly. Best shopping at a gas station ever. Please give that guy some kind of accolade or a raise even, you can tell the compassion is sincere and there's no reservation, great guy. Great store.-from a cashier who worked at 67 and 246 and loved it. (name starts with a J working at 11:00pm 6/24. )
